The pillow received is not memory foam, it is floppy and very different from what I have gotten in the past.

I was very disappointed to learn that you guys changed your firm pillow recipe!! The super firm pillow you had years ago was WAYYY better. Very sad :(

The pillow that was ordered was not what I received. I ordered the FIRM style, and what was sent was VERY soft and offers no support whatsoever.

Very low pillow, very very soft. Cannot imagine how anyone can sleep comfortably with this.

I ordered this for my Mum, she has a softening of her spinal cord and prolapsed discs so it can be dangerous for her to sleep without decent neck support.
She has slept really well with this and loves all the options so it suits for any sleep position. It gives me peace of mind to know she has the best support that she can during the night.

The concept of the pillow and shape is spot on - where it fails it the density - firm it wasn’t! Like a melted marshmallow! The companies customer service however was great and reached a resolution with ease.

Since the purchase of this pillow my neckache stopped.

Still have not received a refund. After this email, I haven’t received a reply even though I’ve followed up with three emails over the last two months. When I called prior to the email, there was no answer. When I tried the chat, there was no response. To even get an email response, I had to email four times. Worst customer service of all time. I wish I had purchased through Amazon, I would’ve received a refund two months ago and it would be Amazon’s problem.

Items arrived well wrapped, exactly as described

Having been waking with numbness in my fingers I needed better neck support.
I don’t usually believe the hype around pillows but this was recommended by a friend.
I have to say this pillow has really improved my symptoms.

I ordered a Blue Standard Firm S8 FlutterShape Cervical Memory Foam Pillow on Jul16 2024 for a total of 25.50USD. The item was received on Jul24, 8 days later. I had previously ordered the same firm, but queen sized, pillow in 2021. This new pillow is NOT FIRM at all. It's so soft that it wants to fold onto itself when it's supported only on the long side, as opposed to my previous one. This new one is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and I believe the root cause is the reduction or lack of foam density. I'm unable to use the new one as it DOES NOT provide sufficient support to my neck and head. I'll update if contacted by Elviros to remedy this DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Terrible. The product was NOTHING like it was advertised. I have had nothing but very unhelpful customer service. Trying to return is a nightmare. Never buying from this company again.

My neighbor said these pillows changed their lives, so I ordered one for myself and one for my husband. After trying it for several months, I returned to my original foam pillow. The Elviros is too hard for me. I ordered the smaller one based on the website informaiton. I wanted to love it, but I do not.

Since I am dissatisfied with pillow, they tried to satisfy me for sending another kind of pillow and unfortunately I was still dissatisfied with the new one. They kindly refunded and let me keep the both of them. There are really a great customer service with their team. Still awesome even I am not ok with product.

Love that pillow. So does my husband. Sleeping very well.

I was gifted this pillow two years ago and slept so well with it that I decided to order one for my summer home. Sleeping well again!
