The quality of the tops is dreadful. Thin, no hem and ridiculously tight. Their email address sends emails bouncing back so the only way to contact the Company is via the form on their website. The website claims to have a returns policy and yet if you look there clearly isn’t one. When I asked to do a return they told me they don’t do returns, so they are intentionally misleading potential customers by reassuring them that they can return the vests they buy if not satisfied. The only reason they replied to me was because, after several unanswered messages, I threatened to raise a dispute with my bank. They then replied and eventually I was offered a £19.95 refund on the four tops I had ordered. In their message they say it’s not worth the cost to them of doing a return to ‘the Netherlands.’ My suspicion is that the vests are actually from China. I also think that their failure to have a returns policy is illegal. This company should be shut down.

The lesson I learned from this is don’t buy from companies that you stumble across on Facebook, or elsewhere, without checking out their history and reviews, and do not rely on the reviews on their website.

Thin, flimsy material - you couldn’t wear it as a tee shirt, as shown in their pictures. Pads are awful, giving a shelf-like bust. Neckline is loose and floppy. Do not recommend.

If you email this company, the email** bounces back ("I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below"). My credit card company temporarily froze my card when I made the order but I realised too late that I had somehow approved payment for two vests, not one. The fabric is flimsy and puckers at the front. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! **Update: after another email to the company, they replied and, to be fair, offered to exchange the vests for a different size. But that wouldn't help - the band that goes under the bust has very little stretch and slips up if I raise my arms, but the cups are small and close together. So I'm giving the vests to a charity shop and Elsie's say they will give me a 20% refund (I wasn't going to risk sending them back). I still wouldn't do business with them again.

First I ordered size med and was sent size large. Second even size large was difficult to pull on and off. Third not very good quality. Fourth definitely not a good support.
I would not recommend this vest .

The quality of the vest is very poor. Bra pads are bulging and front neckline is very loose. Fabric quality is thin and not as described. I have not wasted my time trying to contact the company after reading previous reviews. I’m so annoyed at myself for not checking TrustPilot before purchasing. Don’t waste your money!

I ordered Large but they sent Small. I have emailed them three times with no reply- judging them on this service I wouldn’t recommend them

Very poor quality material and workmanship. Seems impossible to contact the company and most of my emails simply bounced. Photos show workers interacting with a Royal Mail van but it would seem that this company is based in China. I would not recommend this company or use it again.

Item is cheap and nasty. Can't get in contact once you've paid and is sent from china! Scam company. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

I Ordered two vests arrived too small have sent numerous emails not had one reply, will be taking this further £34, I paid.
How is this legal why are they getting away with it??

Breathable fabric on sleeveless lounge tops keeps comfort through warm afternoons. Color replacement service handled quickly without any trouble.

Soft support from the inner bra feels fairly comfortable during morning walks. Tank tops fit reasonably well for mature body shapes, though sizing could be a little more consistent.

Email to Co doesn’t work, I did get the items ordered, it took ages, the size is ok but cups are really too close together and not much support. After seeing other reviews I will alter mine myself and not waste time contacting company. They are a good idea as no seams and no digging in tight bits, best if you have small boobs.

They said to me to get 1 bigger size and it actually worked for me and my mother, I can’t understand why people dont like it

My order has not arrived. There is no way of contacting them, have message via their website and have had no reply. They have taken my money and not sent the goods. AVOID at all cost

I received my order of 2 vests;this took over a week. I want to return them for a refund. An email from them stating my order had been delivered gave me the option of replying to the email should I need to return them. I emailed them and I am still waiting for their reply. I do not rate their customer communications system and their email system is the only option given to contact them.If they don't answer their emails, how on earth can I get hold of them?

I ordered the vests and when they arrived they were way too small. They sent me an email to say they had arrived and if I wasn't happy with them to reply, I tried to reply 3 times and it said the email wasn't configured obviously a bunch of scammers now lost my money now im trying to complain the code isnt coming through

I would give no stars for this company. Despite their saying easy returns, you cannot contact them to arrange such a return. Have emailed 4 times but just get mailer deamon. I have used their contact form 4 times with no response whatsoever. I am now raising a dispute with my credit card company to see if I get anywhere. £60+ pounds is a lot of money to lose for something that is no good. Avoid elsies-vests.co.uk.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not able to get in touch with company once they have your money. Goods arrived ....eventually, obviously from China even though the company is supposedly here in the Uk. Probably simply a UK private address to try to ensure people of being a reputable company which they are not.
They send an email saying goods delivered -if you have an issue just reply to this email. Tried that but my email bounced back.

It’s a scam, don’t buy from them, I can’t contact them, I just keep getting emails saying the courier hasn’t scanned my order. It’s a company in china I’m guessing….
