I placed an order 3 month ago. Aften one week they raised My Monty, but they did not send me anything. I tryed calling them, No reply. I sent several e-mails, No reply. In the end one of My friends went to the shop. Lots of escuses and a promise to return my money, but I am still waiting. My advice is do not by anything at el Rocio, thet Will take your Monty and run!
Lies about delivery times 3-7 days. It has been 10 days since I ordered and we have not yet received any track and trace number. It gives the impression of a web shop who really does not care of dispatching items quickly. They do not respond to emails. I honestly think that they are simply out of stock for the ordered goods but are too shamed and unprofessional to reply back with this fact. I will wait for a couple of more days, and if I still do not receive any reply, I will be forced to denounce this shop at the Spanish police and request for a refund. Worst of all: my 6-year old daughter is waiting impatiently and does not understand why adults cannot keep their promise...
