I used ELP Arbuthnott McClanachan for convenancying and estate agent services when selling my home in Edinburgh recently. They provided a top-notch service and I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. It was very professional and the staff at ELP communicated clearly and quickly about all the nitty gritty details of marketing the property, arranging a home report, organising viewings, making decisions about offers, and getting all the legal paperwork and contracts concluded in a timely manner. I really appreciated their years of experience as it was my first time selling my home and their knowledge of the Edinburgh property market is extensive and very useful. Would use again if I were living back in Scotland and purchasing or selling a home. Thanks! :)
