Horrible shipping
I ordered samples of most of their fragrances, totaling over $100. They only sent me half of my order. I had to write them to remind them that I was still waiting for the rest of my order. When I received the rest of it, the samples had been carelessly thrown in a bubble mailer, and had gotten crushed and mishandled in transit. Despite the fulfillment center being in the same state-in one short trip, half of my order was ruined!
The bubble mailer was dirty and 3 of the boxes were crushed and one of the samples was completely broken and in pieces! The perfume had leaked out all over the inside of the mailer.
If they cannot properly mail out samples, why would anyone pay the exorbitant prices they charge for full-sized bottles? I’m a frequent perfume buyer and I’m not impressed with this company or with the way my concerns have been handled.
My concern with my order should have gotten escalated when I requested it in the first place. Shipping and handling needs to be properly addressed.
