Elonpuzzle Reviews

I bought 3 puzzles. They were delivered quite quickly. I have completed all 3 - 2 were a bit of a challenge. Disappointed with tiny picture on bit of card. Perhaps you could provide an A4 size clear picture of the finished puzzle? More disappointed with the fact that all the puzzles had broken pieces, but the biggest one had many broken pieces.... I sent pictures and you said you would send me a new one....where is it please????

You Lied . It shows that your wooden puzzles come in a box . with a beautiful picture of the completed puzzle on it . But I got the puzzle in a cheap bag with a little card attached to it . With a picture so small that I can' put this useless puzzle together . when I ask for a way to return it . and get my money back . You just said you would give me some credit. why would I want credit . what to buy another puzzle that is useless and I can't put together . thank you for cheating me out of my money

These are hard puzzles but fun! We plan on getting puzzle glue and glueing it together

My first order was 14 puzzles. Some gifts for my daughter. She's the one that me on the sight. Colors are so vibrant. Out of 6 that I've put together only 1 was missing a piece. Got with customer service. Took a screen shot. And they sent me a new puzzle right away. Great experience and relaxing

I love these puzzles I just dislike very tiny cuts or pieces as they break very easily

Purchased as said came with box from other review, and it didn't come with the cool box plus it said a4 size and it wasn't, smallest puzzle ever only took 10mins to put together so very dissatisfied and not happy it isn't a4 size, will never purchase from them again as this is the second time I was let down.

I ordered 4 puzzles, in which 3 out of 4 had from 3-5 broken pieces which was very disappointing considering the cost, and also the fact that 2 were birthday presents for special friends.
They are beautiful once completed but not happy with so many broken pieces.

Good customer service. One puzzle I ordered was missing a piece; they sent a replacement, but it was the wrong puzzle (!), so they sent me a discount code. The other puzzles I ordered were lovely. My mom LOVED the elephant I put together for her. I glued it with ModPodge and then had it professionally framed, for her birthday. I have another in the works for my dad.

I love the color and unique puzzle pieces. I’ll definitely buy again!

I just got my order. 2 puzzles on 4 ordered, came in wrong size and broken….

The puzzle Van Gogh Starry Sky - Calico Cat Wooden Puzzle - #1244 ordered in Medium size has 120 pieces. It should be 180 pieces not 120.

Winter Cardinals Wooden Puzzle your # 1136 ordered in Large, came with 176 pieces, 3 are broken. The description said that it is about 280 pieces, not 176…

Also, it came in 4 fabric pouches, and a plastic envelope. No protection for parts, no bubble wrap, nothing to protect against breakage during transport.

I am glad of the quality, but really unsatisfied and disappointed to get it broken and in wrong size.

It was for gift and I won’t give broken puzzle to my people.

customer service offered a voucher, but I will never order again. I requested a refund and they refused.

I opened a complaint with Paypay and finally get 16$ refund and they also send me an other puzzle, broken too.... A real joke

I have not put my puzzle together yet but I looked through all the pieces and I am definitely excited and really happy with the quality for the price I paid. The bag it comes in is nice fabric and I love the little tag that shows the whole puzzle. The pieces seem really heavy duty and the shapes are so cool! This puzzle will be glued together and framed once it's put together and I will DEFINITELY be buying more!!

The puzzles were of good quality and nice to assemble.

Got 1st puzzle, brilliant, ordered 2nd puzzle, also no problems! They hang on the walls of our flat now ,in special frames 👍

I loved this puzzle, the colors were beautiful and the shapes were challenging. It was great fun for me and even got my 22 year old son engaged enough to help me. We really had a good time. I passed it on to my 15 year old niece and I gifted two smaller ones to another niece and nephew. I would definitely do it again and again.

I love my puzzles the 3 that I bought. Was so much fun to put together.

Recieved all the puzzled I ordered at once in a timely manner. Have started one and is very challenging but fun. Bought a few for gifts, I think they will be pleased.

LOVE MY PUZZLES!!. I have over 80+ puzzles in pass year. Dogs, elephants, scorpions, peacocks, dolphin, rooster, cocks, wolf's, pandas, koala bears & more. They are so beautiful, once you glue & spary them. I put them on the wall. They look like plaques. Great hobby.

Puzzle was challenging. Took out all the animal shaped pieces to build it the second time. Really pretty when finished.

Vibrant colours, interesting shapes! Love the two we've put together, so far. The medium sized peacock was more of a challenge, we we sat down and met it, fingers on! Disappointed that it came in a bag vs the nice box as in video, but that's ok. Also smaller than I had expected, but I appreciate that, as they don't drag on for weeks, taking up valuable table space. I will possibly order more on the future!
