No location info or refund options
No info to indicate where the locker was. When i found out that the locker is entirely outside of the event it was advertised for and therefore useless to store your bag during the event if you need it I requested a refund. However this was refused as 'they'd already sent the code' (which is obviously instantaneous, meaning there is actually no way of getting a refund). They do not provide any info on where the lockers are though so not rlly any way of knowing what you'll get in terms of actually being able to get to them
