I stopped on a double red line

I stopped on a double red line, completely my fault... Doh! and for some reason the original parking company failed to notify Elmslegal which sadly headed to court...

However, a good call with Phoebe I understood the error of my ways in confusing with a different parking fine... Double Doh! I shouldn't really park in the wrong places. Thinking I'd have to spend the weekend having to dig out paperwork from ages ago :-(

Unexpectedly a call from Phoebe again letting me know she had followed up on the original ticket issuer and confirmed everything had been resolved.

I have to say this was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. This was definitely over and above what she needed to do!

Awesome service from my perspective! Thank you!

This company are an abomination of…

This company are an abomination of morality. Prey on the vulnerable & a speciality of victimising the elderly, my Mother of 75 was issued with a parking fine for a car park that she did not even park in. Threatening letters of Bailiffs, CCJ's extra costs etc... With no way of contacting them without them ending calls. Companies like this and the staff they choose to carry out there dirty work, should not exist. Summary load of w##kers

This company are parasites who along…

This company are parasites who along with excel parking defraud innocent motorists by justifying fake parking fines which lead to a country court judgement, even though proving to them of innocence they still find a way of making you pay, just for money! I proved to them that I was at the public house of which excel parking ran the car park by way of bank statement to show I spent money in there and have to pay £277.0.
Asked them for proof that I didn’t put my VRN into the box on 12/08/2024 and and sent me all the data with my reg not present! And then I realised that they sent me data from the 11/08/2024 hmmm!
I can back all of this up
And excel parking who give the ceo 100k bonus and more! Prey on people at a time when people are struggling should be ashamed of themselves! This company are just parasitic and unethical and I can’t believe they are allowed to operate!
I have proof of there fraud!

Don’t trust Elms legal they act and work for excel parking only interested in gaining there own fees

Elms legal sent a letter n behalf of Excel parking they or extend to be helpful and at time’s giving Inaccurate information about what to send to excel. They are paid by excel and are not there to support or help you other than list separate clams t gain more revenue for them. At first I thought they were helpful but I realise£ this was a wolf in sheep’s clothing
Please beware they are acting for Excel and there own interests

Arranging Probate

Michael has been fantastic with all his help arranging the probate after my father passed away.
He was always quick in responding to any questions i emailed him with and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolute fraudsters to grab money

Absolute fraudsters to grab money. Sending notice to pay parking fine 5 years later .I even have moved out of the city . Chasing people’s addresses, digging up closed fines which are paid off , asking for evidence. Who even give them right to chase people’s addresses and intruding privacy ? These are scammers who tie up with other scammers which is actually the private parking agency which is “excel parking “ .

These scammers need to be completely banished.

If I could give 0 I would.

If I could give 0 I would.

Fraudulent company. Trying to use scare tactics to scare people into paying their fines.

I have lived outside of the UK for 6 years and they are trying to summon me to a CCJ on a date after the letter was sent? But I'm not in the UK?

Absolute joke of a company and stay away and fight your case, scum like these need to be disposed of in this world.

Emily and the team are super efficient at getting things done. I've dealt with them on 3 separate occasions and they've been very professional throughout.

On a personal note, all the team come across as very genuine people that are there to help.

Elms Illegal

This review follows on from one I made towards Vehicle Control Services (VCS).

Quick backstory:
My husband and I live in an apartment.
That apartment used to have the car park managed by VCS.
The land owner fired VCS because they were useless and fined people for parking in their own spaces.
After they were fired, they fined by husband for parking in his own space 3 times.

Elms Legal are the legal representatives for VCS and seem to be working entirely outside of any sort of reasonable confines of the law. Despite it being very obvious my husband was not illegally parked in his own space at home and despite him sending Elms the email from the land owner to VCS telling VCS they were no longer permitted to work at our apartment complex, Elms still decided to take my husband to court anyway. We were not made aware of the court's involvement until after the fact and, as I'm sure you can imagine, they didn't bother to tell the court that VCS were operating illegally and therefore, without my husband being able to defend himself, the court sided with VCS and Elms Legal.

Elms are currently very kindly "holding off" on sending out bailiffs but will not remove the fine and have left a negative mark on my husband's credit, making it impossible to do literally anything related to a credit score.

Elms Legal, along with VCS, are acting fraudulently and I cannot recommend anyone less than I do these two companies.

We will be getting our own Legal representation if this is not resolved properly ASAP and the news outlets will also be finding out about the bad practices of both these companies.

If you are anyone reasonable: 0 stars to Elms Legal
If you want to break the law and get away with it: Elms are your guys to represent you. I'm sure VCS would rate them 5 stars

This company has taken my case on

This company has taken my case on, the previous people who sent me a fine for driving into an area in the dark with pouring down rain and driving back out. How can they fine me for this, also my partner was in front of me in his car but he didn’t get a fine .I’m not backing down, they can take me to court . I’m so distressed with the whole situation.

Unprepared and Incompetant in front of judge

Represented us at a hearing they were totally unprepared and didnt even look like they had read the case notes. Used another firm two weeks later and won the case. If you do decide to use this firm and get Usman Mohammed run a mile. I would have given a zero rating if possible.

Sent all documentation to old address then gave me a ccj as I knew nothing about a parking fine which was due to stopping for seconds in a no stopping zone due to safety reasons.

Trying to collect money for PCN for Excel Parking

This company works for excelparkingserices.co.uk at Sheffield chasing PCN invoices hoping to collect for Excel I disputed the PCN but they still tried to collect it's clear they do not read the letters you send them they want you to settle offering payment plan when I refused their offers excel parking took the case back on and issued county court summons I was defending myself approx 4 weeks before the court date excel offered to settle for £220 they were saying they believe they had a strong case I declined a week later after I declined there offer they sent me a letter and the same letter to the court (notice of discontinuance) they dropped the case at a wild guess they read my evidence I had sent to them and they probably didn't want to lose anymore money stand up to these bullys also make sure you ask ELMS legal for information that they hold on you in writing not email also ask Excel parking services they are required to do this by law SUBJECT TO ACCESS REQUEST
They do not like doing it because it's costs them time and money
