I have used this solicitor before to do some conveyancing so decided to use them again, however, this time the service I received was totally different as my instructions were ignored regarding the type of searches and how I wanted to exchange and complete to be handled. During the process, I was told that they did not send the local searches to clients as they do not understand them which I felt was making out clients were thick. I was charged for searches that were not done and told they did not know how to obtain them. The sale collapsed after 5 months and I was given charges that no one would explain a breakdown of. I put a feedback form through the door and received no contact, when I contacted I was told they did not reply to feedback no matter how bad or good it is.
