Fantastic customer service, I had to contact them because I had ordered 2 of the same ring by mistake. They assured me they would cancel the 2nd one and refunded me straight away. It was easy to contact them. The product was dispatched quickly and arrived the next day and the ring was perfect and the quailty was of a high standard. Thankyou 😊. A few months after my purchase, I noticed a small defect in the wedding ring. I contacted the seller, and they kindly accepted it back for inspection without any issues. The rings arrived within a couple of days and they are beautiful 😍 so pleased thankyou

Firstly sent an extremely scratched ring .
Secondly it has no uk hallmarking which is illegal for anything over 1gram .
Has a tiny little microscopic star which isn’t a uk hallmark.
Claims it is a Sheffield assay but it’s not .
Very slow replies to a serious topic . I feel I’ve wasted my money .
Going to report to trading standards

I have been to an independent jewellers who say this is not the Sheffield mark .
375 doesn’t rub away and my husbands ring isn’t delicate it’s a substantial ring .
Nothing has worn away .

My wife bought me a ring to celebrate our 50th anniversary from you, only for me to order the wrong size.
I explained the situation to you and was asked to send it back for you to exchange it for the right size. No quibbles.

The rings we bought are beautiful and exactly as advertised and they were a fantastic price. If you read the reviews you will see that there is a slight problem with sizing and despite using a UK ring sizer the first set of rings that arrived were too small but they rectified this within a few days. We would definitely use Elma again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great customer service and awesome product. I was emailing with customer support because I ordered wedding ring from Cobalt Chrome to EU country outside of UK and got shipped free ring sizers across 3 countries and final product is amazing as well.
