I wanted to cancel my order but there is no option to do it from website. You have to call or write them. I called them but they said I need to wait for order confirmation......I called 4 minutes after the order confirmation. They said it will be canceled in 24 hours. And what happened? I got an email which says "We cannot cancel your order because it has gone through far in the process. If you do not want to receive it you do not have to pick it up from the pick-up place. However, you will debited an unclaimed fee of 199 SEK." What a nightmare. I called them again. The customer service told me 2 of his team members didn't do their job well (it should be canceled before confirmation), so it really went too far in the process so he can't cancel. I only could say I won't pay anything or I won't pick up or return anything! I would never never never shop from this site or suggest it to anyone!!!! I think this is some kind of scam.

Had a horrible experience shopping online (Hebeos - avoid to all costs people!!): Ellos thank you for being trustworthy, for promptly sending correct merchandise and then accecept return without any fuss or problem. Makes me feel comfortable shopping from you. Keep it up it is a win win situation for sure.

My delivery was cancelled and has still no been updated. I feel that you shouldn't be sending satisfaction surveys unless you know the item has actually been delivered.

I ordered a rug that smelled like mildew - as if it had been stored somewhere wet. When I wrote customer service, the answer I was given was basically a lecture saying that of course rugs smell and that usually the smell goes away. I can understand that, because most new items have a "new" smell, but this isn't what I was talking about at all and I was basically dismissed like an idiot. This was not a particularly helpful response, to say the least.

Everything was smooth from payment till delivery. Quality is nice.

Chairs looked exactly same as in the picture. Good quality. Super satisfied.

Customer support agents are professional and reasonable. I made a mistake in order and did not notice measurements will not fit my need. I did not claim the package for that reason, but also because I did not know I would be charged 199 SEK for that. I was not lazy, but there is no need to tear package open, return it, and do even more trash or work for people in the process. Even me claiming it on the counter and asking the personnel to send it back is absolutely ridiculous. It was my mistake indeed, as I did not read T&C in detail. Despite that, company that charges 199 SEK while regular return is 50 is clearly not a company I would buy anything ever again.
