I have never met a company so supportive. I enquired about a car but I didn't have the full deposit yet, someone else came to view but they didn't want to promise the car to them just yet as I was interested. I said it was okay to promise to them and then they let me know they had a lovely ford fiesta within my range that I could come view. They prioritised getting the car ready for me, they stayed after hours so I could view and drive it. They were never pushy and allowed me my own space to decide. I was very happy with the car. They gave me 12 months warranty & a bottle of prosecco! I accidentally damaged my wing mirror and they told me to come in so they could fix it, I did it on my lunch break and needed to get home in 30 minutes and they dropped me off home and picked me up so I didn't have to take a taxi, such a lovely garage!

But my car even though I was still abroad, they were very helpful and that’s my daughter test drive any issues she had was promptly dealt with couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you so much Nadia Alkindy.

A really great experience buying a car from Elliott Jarvis. Matt was really, friendly and knowledgeable, and the car had a full service and MOT before purchase. It was a really nice touch to have a big red bow on the car and a bottle of fizz when we collected it.
I would definitely consider buying from them again.
