This company is a scam. They have no intent to be a legitimate merchant. All supporting businesses that enable this company is for making money and support fraud.

Product not as advertised. NO customer service whatsoever!! No response emails ever -- definitely no response in "24-48 hours"!! And, sadly, no refund for me or anyone else taken in by this company!! :(

This is a scam. Do not buy. False advertising. They are k owing lying. Willingly committing fraud.

I thought I was buying dentures but all I got was two strips of fake teeth and a bag of beads.i want a refund

Ordered on October 6 and today is October 18, 2025! I have not received anything and I paid for priority shipping!! There is no phone number to contact them!! I even emailed them!!
After reading the reviews(I should have done my research first)I may as well lick my wounds and take the lost!!🤬

My sister ordered these never received sent company a email told my sister they were delivered to address on order #went to post office nothing delivered this delivery date was supposed to be July 22/25 to date nothing has been delivered company is saying we can’t refund because it was delivered scammers give you a delivery # which is fake watch who you order from always check better buissness bureau put your complaint in against this company sad how they are allowed to advertise fake site something has to be done to put these scammers behind bars and the people who advertise for them😡

I’ve been waiting months for a refund but even a response isn’t happening I’ve filed with 3 different lawyers at this point this company isn’t even real trust me I’ve looked into this

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered this item off Facebook. My situation is exactly the same as what I am now reading. This scam cost me $128 Canadian. I received 3 boxes but name was Oralhoe Ease Fit Silicone Denture Kit from China. Two plastic pieces with white beads. Apparently on Oralhoe site, the beads are to be heated and placed on the plastic teeth strips. Wow!!! Please do not fall for this scam 😒

Never never get anything from this ellineia also you won’t get your money back. What a rip off.

If anyone reads this do your research this place is a scam I had to cancel my card do not order from here you will thank me later again do not order from here research don't be a sucker like me ....

Not as advertised you will get packet of pellets and 2 2 pieces of crap that is supposed to be gum and teeth.

Bait and switch, ordered a denture and was sent cheap veneers and no reply to my return instructions as they tell you to do...

I wish I could give this company a negative star! Total fraud! They market custom fit dentures that you heat and mold to your mouth. What you get is a cheap set of front teeth only veneers with some beads of glue to hold them in. I've seen better teeth in a Halloween store! Total scam. Don't walk, run from these fraudsters! Oh, and they totally ghost you when you contact them to get your money back.

RIPPED OFF AGAIN!!!!totally misrepresented product i wait an eternity and get a f set of plastic veneers and some heat up beads no dentures clearly a company who doesn’t give a crap about anything!!!i will do everything in my power to put you out of bussiness!!! facebook allows this and everyone should know it!!!

My grandfather bought a complete set of dentures from this company through Facebook. The company makes it sound like these are made in the US, but it's all based in China (everything's from China at this point so not a huge shocker). After three weeks of waiting they sent him a pair of thin, cheap veneers that are better fit for a Halloween costume. No customer service response when he tried to reach out for help, and he's unlikely to get his money back at this point.
