DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
First, the customer service was awful when I was trying to locate my order. Once I finally tracked it down, the product I received was completely different from what was shown and described on the website.
The website presents the product as a handcrafted, high-quality, sustainable piece with real craftsmanship. What arrived was a small, cheap plastic lamp that appeared nothing like the photos. It was not the size, quality, material, or design I expected based on the product listing. It also appeared to be shipped through a Chinese delivery service, despite the branding suggesting “Seattle” craftsmanship.
This felt extremely misleading. The item did not look like a premium handcrafted decor piece; it looked like a cheap plastic product being marketed as something much nicer than it actually is.
Between the poor customer service, the misleading product description, and the disappointing quality of the item, I would strongly recommend that people do not buy from this business.
Not Stained Glass
Not Stained Glass. These are Chinese scammers making you think a company in Seattle is going out of business and +$200 stained glass lamps are being sold to liquidate. I paid $54.41 for a $10 plastic piece of Shit. It came from China. No warning on their add that it was from China. Says this...
"A unique, handcrafted animal lamp created by two sisters who dedicated years to turning stained glass into warmth, character, and soul for your home. These are not just lamps — they are the last tangible expression of the care, artistry, and passion poured into every design.
True handcrafted artwork that will never be produced again."
Don't by buy from these low life scammers!
Garbadge
Product is a complete scam. Comes from China and isn't worth $2.00 never mind $50. complete false advertising
I only gave my products from Ellie…
I only gave my products from Ellie Seattle a 1 because there is no zero to select. The lamp was cartoonishly small and the mug with "geodes" was just plastic painted to somewhat look like a geode. If anyone wants to start a class action against them for fraud, I'd be more than happy to join, maybe even contribute to the lawyer fees.
They're a scam
You need to keep on pestering them they will offer you 20% and you keep them all the way up to 70% and you keep them but I kept them and got 100% of my money back tell them you want it reversed at once or where do I send the paperwork keep after them and they will give you all your money back they're nothing but losers
How is this company still in business
How is this company still in business? What can be done to stop them? It’s disgusting they’re getting away with this. Anyone know who to report them to?
This site is a fraud
This site is a fraud. Nothing is stain glass or hand made in Seattle. The lamps are cheap resin/plastic and look nothing like the animal advertised. They do not do any work by hand, everything is shipped from Hong Kong. The cups have no crystals or stones, they are also made out of the same resin/plastic with a silver condiment cup glued inside so it will hold liquid. The bags are not hand made either, they are cheap, they do not have pockets or zippers. Everything they sell is not as advertised. These people are scammers.
Scumbags
Scumbags! they even ask for tips because they are so "poor"! I got cheap, plastic dollar store lights. The mugs are a complete hoax. They should be shut down.
cheap plastic
I order 2 items and they came from china they are cheap plastic and no where hand crafted items. shame on the company is this maybe called bait and switch. they told me if I wanted to return the items that I had to pay for shipment back to china. so if they are had crafted and they advertise stain glass really they come from overseas. buyer beware do not order from this company
The ole Bait and Switch tactic - report if you were scammed to the Federal Trade Commission
The company is using what is called "bait and switch". They advertize beautiful handcrafted stain glass lamps. You think that is what you are buying. When you go to the Add to Cart page, underneath the button in smaller print are Key Features. In that section, you'll find it listed that the product is actually resin (plastic). The size of the product I received was smaller than advertized as well. When you contact the company, they tell you that they can offer you a 25% refund or for that money to go towards another product listed on their website. I complained to them about the quality of the their product and that they are deceiving customers, but they do not seem to care.
This company is a major fraudulent…
This company is a major fraudulent scam. Product was a 4” tall piece of worthless plastic. I threw it in the garbage as soon as I opened it. Do not get fooled and waste your money and time. Just Chinese worthless trash!!!!
Shit
Someone needs to shut down this scam of a company under any means necessary. Total fraud and deception. They offered me a 15 percent refund on a 3-dollar piece of shit and claimed that if I returned it and paid for shipping, that's worth more than this low-grade plastic crap. This is why we need a consumer protection agency; thanks, Trump.
Ellie Seattle needs to be put in jail
Ellie Seattle needs to be put in jail. the scam is so obvious now that I don't understand why authorities havent arrested anyone yet. I can only assume by the the name that they are in Seattle, Washington. Yes, a beehive of low information people. Someone needs to put an end to this scam. My guess is that they are Chinese illegals in association with depraved government officials.
So terrible
So terrible, another AI scam from China. They soaked me for $450! I bought a whole bunch of them, cheap, small, plastic, garbage not even carnival quality lmao. Oh man, what genius these scammers are! You have to give them credit for their sheer criminality. Like buying a lamp from Hans Gruber!!
Plastic, not stained glass, 1/10 of the size
I recently purchased a "Transparent Labrador" lamp from Ellie Seattle after their ad claimed it was made of stained glass. What arrived was plastic — and significantly smaller than what's shown in the product photos.
What makes it worse: they market to people who have lost their pets. Don't let them exploit your grief.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. Happy to share more details in the comments.
I bought the dog , they took my money and didn't ship the product. They need to be investigated for fraud
Did not receive product ! They took my money and didn't ship the product. I've called and they have done nothing but stall. They need to be investigated for fraud !
Update : Got the product and what a disappointment! It was not the size it should be and WAY overpriced! Never again , glad they are going out of business!
IT'S A SCAM!!!!
IT'S A SCAM!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. THE LAMPS ARE CHEAP YELLOW PLASTIC, SMALL, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. AND I BOUGHT INTO THE SAD FINAL SALE STORY AND TIPPED THEM AT CHECK OUT. THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. WANT TO GIVE ME 15% BACK OR A PROMO CODE FOR 50% OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE..... LIKE I WOULD WANT ANOTHER PLASTIC DOLLAR STORE LAMP, YEAH RIGHT!!!!
I would never buy again from this…
I would never buy again from this company. It looks like something from the dollar tree not worth it.
Scam company
Scam company. Sent a broken piece that wasn't what was described or pictured. Do not, I repeat, do not order from.
