Quality Open Flat Make up Bag
Both of the Open Flat Make up Bags I ordered were as birthday gifts for the end of the month. I’m so pleased with them, I’m sure my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter will love them, I ordered the wild life one and the turtle one, both are absolutely beautiful, the quality is superb! There are so many I could have chosen and all helping conservation, nothing better.

Ordered one of the lay flat makeup bags for a friends birthday and the quality is amazing not to mention the beautiful designs! I first come across Elizabeth Scarlett at the Chelsea flower show over a year ago and bought an item there and have been buying since. I love that she gives back to wildlife conservation as well

Great quality and helpful team
A dropped star only because the first package didn't arrive when I needed it but that was Royal Mail's fault. I re-ordered and everything went smoothly and the team couldn't have been more helpful in sorting a refund for Item 1 when it did finally arrive. Lovely quality open make-up bag and a great birthday present for my daughter. Accurate web-site which shows you exactly what you will be getting with scale and colours all relevent.

Great customer service
Everything very really well and I loved the products I received. However, one of them broke on my holiday which did shatter my trust to their products at first as a first time customer.
The way it was all dealt with was absolutely brilliant; I received a new bag to replace the broken one and a discount code for a future purchase. Even though I didn’t receive the replacement for my holiday I am still happy because I managed to temporarily fix the bag so I could still use it. My new bag was waiting for me when I returned home.
So I have slowly been browsing through the website again to find something special for date nights when the days are shorter and grey.

I’ve been looking at Elizabeth Scarlet bags for a while and decided to get the Goddess moon bag. The embroidery is so intricate and the pictures look amazing, this especially was a definite choice once I knew that I could get it in velvet!
