I bought six wines and they were outstanding.
I bought six wines, 3 whites and 3 reds for my hosting of a monthly wine club with friends
- so part of the fun is to guess the varietals, the country and the price. All the wines scored a minimum of 8.5 out of 10, which is unusual for our group - scores are usually much lower. Inevitably no one guessed that these were British wines because we all thought they must come from one of the established countries - how wrong we were and they have changed or perception of the quality that we are now producing. Our winner was Halfpenny Green which was mistaken for a Merlot. Great service too so no hesitation in giving a 5 star review.

I love the Saffron Grange Classic Cuvee and Nutbourne Sussex Reserve.
