I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Eliya The Label.

I bought a dress that unfortunately didn’t suit my body type. At checkout, the item was clearly presented as eligible for return or refund, which was a key factor in my decision to proceed. However, after completing the purchase and receiving the gown, I was told that because I used a site-wide promotional code, I was only eligible for store credit or exchange not a refund.

This was never made clear in a transparent or obvious way during the checkout process. In my view, this is misleading and not in line with what most customers would reasonably expect. I’ve shopped online extensively and have never encountered a “no refund” policy applied in this way to a general promotion.

When I raised this concern, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful, with no willingness to acknowledge the confusion or provide a fair resolution. The experience left me feeling that customer concerns are not taken seriously.

As a result, I will not be purchasing from this brand again, and I certainly will not be wearing one of their gowns after such a negative experience.

Overall, extremely disappointing both in terms of transparency and customer service

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company. Their customer service and refund policy is terrible. They lie about measurements & then ghost your emails. Not a professional business at all.

I have been a loyal customer of this…

I have been a loyal customer of this brand since 2019 and have purchased many beautiful pieces over the years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

I recently purchased a dress that arrived faulty. Despite providing clear video evidence and proof, I was required to go back and forth via email for over two weeks just to have the fault acknowledged. I had purchased this dress specifically for my birthday and was unable to wear it due to the lengthy and frustrating process.

I requested an exchange note, explaining that the event had passed and that I no longer had an occasion to wear the dress. I also made it clear that I was more than happy to receive a store credit so I could continue supporting the brand. This request was refused.

Instead, the faulty dress was repaired and returned to me without explanation, despite my repeated and polite requests for an exchange note or credit. This left me with a repaired item I did not want, could not use, and I have wasted a large amount of money.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, the lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic consumer care is extremely disappointing. Loyal customers should not be made to feel dismissed or inconvenienced when receiving a faulty product.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand, and I would not recommend purchasing from them based on their customer service and rigid returns policy.

Do not buy from the company

Do not buy from the company. But an outfit for almost $400 and it didn’t fit which is strange as I am always a standard size 10. Their customer service refused to exchange or credit and what’s worse they won’t reply to my emails. Completely ghosted me

⚠️ Avoid Eliyah the Label – terrible service ⚠️

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and Dishonest Practices
I purchased a dress from Eliyah the Label for $400, which arrived with a clear fault. When I contacted customer service, I expected a professional resolution. Instead, I was met with refusal for a refund, a begrudging promise of store credit, and then later told that the credit was “invalid.”

At this point, Eliyah the Label has effectively stolen $400 from me while providing neither a wearable product nor valid compensation. For a brand that positions itself as “luxury,” this level of quality control and service is unacceptable.

Luxury fashion demands accountability, transparency, and respect for customers – Eliyah the Label has demonstrated none of these. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to rethink it. There are many reputable brands that will stand behind their products; unfortunately, this is not one of them.
