My item never arrived
My item never arrived, my emails were not answered, no explanation was given.
Two consecutive emails were eventually sent to me notifying me of a refund. I have NOT received a refund.
This is unacceptable.

Great products and great service
Great products and great service, although the delivery driver is not good. Always leaves on the doorstep in plain sight for anyone who would want to steal it, rather than put them near the bins (which are on CCTV) and safe from being stolen.
PS try and have a word with the delivery firm.

I use their products because they were recommended by my neighbour but delivery takes longer than expected (last 2 orders were lengthy imo) and more recently I emailed asking about one of the products and if it were faulty and sadly I got no response.

Nice netting for the greenhouse
Nice netting for the greenhouse. It doesnt fray when cut and provides just enough shading. Sadly, I had to order some zip ties after delivery because they were not included, despite being shown on the product pictures, suggesting they were included. It is either a missed item or ive been scammed. Take your pick. Hence 3 stars.
With regard to your reply. This netting was ordered during the hottest period that the uk has ever experienced. I paid for fast shipping simply to get it asap as my plants were suffering. There was no time to go through the routine of complaining and waiting for the ties to arrive. I had to make a trip Screwfix on the day in order to fit the netting.
