Back at the end of February, I decided to buy a backpack as I'd been needing one for a while and was excited for it to arrive, but it never arrived.

Initially, my issue was with UPS. But now I'm more upset with Elitex, who hasn't replied to a single email I've sent them about sorting this out. I ordered my backpack at the end of February. It's been over a month now and it wasn't a cheap purchase either. Very disappointing. I do not recommend shopping from here at all.

Bought a rucksack from elitextraining the rucksack it's self is fantastic with excellent compartments how ever after a week the sticking has come undone contact the company and they have done everything above and beyond to resolve this issue customers services communication has been excellent

Extremely satisfied

I was at first upset with the time frame of delivery. I selected 24 hours and received my bag almost a week later. If I were to do it again I would select the standard delivery time.

However. The bag itself is extremely well done, with great colors and fantastic material. It is both strong and durable, with many areas to store things for daily use or gym use. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend to anyone.

Considering the price, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the backpack. Also, they shipped it almost instantly after I made the order and put a few great gifts in the backpack (lock, sticker, pendant).

Great experience, great product looking forward to receive our replacement bag.

the quality of the bag that i brought is outstanding, i've only had it a week and i'm already getting loads of compliments on it. Along with the fact that it can be used as a travel bag it really is ideal for anyone who travels and goes to the gym.

I am very happy with my purchase. The backpack is solidly built and seems to be very sturdy. I love also being able to personalize my backpack with colorful patches.

The backpack arrived week and a half later, UPS made some mess with the package whereabouts but everything beside that everything went smoothly. The backpack is nice and strong. I recommend :)

Superb service!

After trying to open the shaker 1 time the lid has ripped open. Besides the fact that it feels like it’s superglued when closed, the durability is also not great.

I am really pleased with the bag that I purchased. It is the perfect size for what I need with enough additional space when required.
The only negative of my experience was UPS. First the package was sorted incorrectly which delayed the delivery by a further 3 days. Then the delivery was rejected at the access point I had chosen and UPS were going to just return it rather than give me chance to rearrange. I eventually got contact number for UPS so that I could rearrange delivery to another access point.

The backpack arrived in Germany within a few business days. Everything worked perfectly, no problems. Thank you very much!

I ordered 2 backpacks and 2 patches. Something went wrong and the patches were not in the parcel. I e-mailed Elitex training and the next day they sent the 2 patches! Great customer support!

I bought the 45L Tactical Backpack with food compartment Black backpack to replace my Isopack backpack that I've had for 10 years. Big mistake. The food compartment is much smaller than they make it seem. The bag is fine otherwise, but it's useless for me. I bought it for my meal preps, but I can't even fit one regular-sized food container in it. Very disappointing, I actually want my money back.

Love the stuff. Buy a backpack and some patches. Quality seems to be good, love that i can customize it. Shipping to germany was one week, but it‘s not the fault of elitex training 🤙

Placed an order for a bag on pre-order - the 45ltr Donuts edition. Waited a few weeks for dispatch, but it was dispatched around the date they estimated.

The bag itself is great. I absolutely love it. Bought it for travelling, as I needed a larger bag that was bit more robust than what I was using. The pattern is fun, the material is great quality, lots of storage spaces. Can't fault it.

Two issues though ...
1) You can buy the same bags on Temu for less than half the price. You can't buy all the same material designs though - Temu doesn't have the donuts one. I ordered my daughter the plain pink one from Temu (it arrived before my Donuts bag) and it's almost exactly the same as mine from Elitextraining - same material quality, same zippers, same storage pockets inside pockets, same insulated drinks pockets. The only difference was hers doesn't have the shoe compartment. So I feel a bit annoyed having paid double the price for mine.

Also, delivery was very very slow. It took almost two weeks from dispatch to delivery - from Spain to UK. It went to three different Spanish delivery depots, one in France and FOUR depots in the UK before it was eventually delivered to me. Considering their Facebook page was offering free UK delivery, which never happened and I had to pay, I expected a quicker delivery service than that.

Overall - happy with the bag. Disappointed with delivery. A bit miffed over the price, now I know the Temu bags are the same quality but I did specifically want the donuts pattern so would've ordered from here anyway.
