The House we stayed in was amazing
The House we stayed in was amazing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they did not let me know that paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are not included at the house, also, if you have a house with a Jacuzzi, it cost extra to heat it. I thought it was only extra to heat the pool. I didn't mind buying my own paper towels and toilet paper but it would have been nice to know before hand so I didn't have to make a second trip back to Publix for those supplies

Thank you for your review and for providing us with feedback. First and foremost, I am truly sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. Customer satisfaction is our paramount concern and we genuinely take all guest concerns very seriously. Please be assured we have stringent procedures and standards in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Regarding your concern with bedbugs, while in the past it has been reported in the Orlando area, this is the first incident that I have ever heard of at this property. However, we do take proactive steps to ensure that each and every home is free from any kind of pests. We hire a professional pest control company to inspect our rental homes, on a routine basis and they are instructed to immediately inform us of any issues. To date, I have not had any.
Our linens are washed with antimicrobial and disinfectant soaps and chemicals. Our housekeeping team also does a visual inspection of the linens before they are used. Anything less than 100% hygienic is not used and then discarded.
I hope you will accept my sincerest apology for your experience, and I can personally assure you this situation is highly unusual and not in any way typical in an Elite Home.

My family and I arrived at a dirty condo. The bed had been made but the linen had visible stains all over comforter, sheets, pillow cases, and the bathrooms countertops were disgusting. I reach out to the office and they appear to be annoyed because “it’s not their policy to change the comforter after every stay”. They sent a cleaning company to clean the property it took three plus hours. I did not receive a follow up call nor an apology. I would not recommend this vacation home to family and friends.

Better Customer Service
3 Stars due to the poor customer service. I have stayed with Elite Homes about 3 times now and this was the first time my family and I received such poor customer service and lack of concern for making the guest feel welcomed and appreciated. The house was very nice, but extremely costly with much needed repairs. We also paid for pool heat for the entire week, but did not have a heated pool neither day except for the last day, before we left and it rained all day. The doors didnt lock on master and other bedrooms so that sucks for privacy and we had to throughly detail clean the kitchen table and highchair which had visible dirt in the cracks on the table and the high chair was full of stains. The game room also was not the same as the one pictured online and the dart board and ping pong table net were broke. Granted they do not have to provide extra items such as stroller, high chair, and crib but they should be cleaned after each guest leaves if they used them. Better rating would have been giving with better customer service because the house and the view is marvelous!

The average heated pool temperature will run 83° to 86° Fahrenheit, depending on the outside air temperature. Pool heat temperatures are typically no more than 10° lower than the outside air temperature. Our records indicate our maintenance team measured the pool temperature and found your pool heat to be within range. Because of the rain we experienced while you were here, this likely caused the outside air temperature to drop. We apologize for this inconvenience and regret you were not pleased with the temperature.
Not all the bedroom doors within the vacation homes, come standard with bedroom door locks. We regret the inconvenience this caused you and sincerely apologize.
We have addressed the dart board and ping pong table net in the games room and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for this inconvenience and have employed new policies to ensure this will not happen again moving forward.
