Slow getting the order out the door
I ordered Friday afternoon and now Wednesday end of the day I have not received a shipping notification. I thought Monday or Tuesday but now Wednesday 4:30 pm and nothing. Elite tools sells quality at reasonable prices but beginning to doubt my purchase.

Defective Bosch 360 laser
I bought Bosch laser 2 weeks ago there is something wrong with one line as it shows a shade line because of deflection of glass I gwess.

Order took forever!
Placed my order, waited almost a week and half and never heard anything. Tried to find tracking from order but could not because it was not even shipped. Finally after almost 2 weeks it was shipped. There should of been more communication as to what was going on with my order. If you did not have it in stock, let me know. I felt my order was in Limbo and I was not getting answers.
