Will ignore reports of faulty units
Hate having to write reviews like this but unfortunately sometimes it’s necessary. When I receive my ghost saber for my daughter it was absolutely great for the price, couldn’t fault it. So much so I bought one for myself to play with my daughter. I’ve had it for 9 months and unfortunately mine has stopped charging even though it’s only been used a handful of time in that period. This may be a problem with the unit or just a replacement charging cable needed but regardless I have contacted elite sabers in every way possible and multiple times and been completely ignored. I’ve lost all hope that they will answer my chats or emails so in short the product is good but if anything goes wrong then don’t expect any help in sorting it out and the customer service seems non existent!
