Eliteprosports were shocking thieves after they got my order wrong and sent me the wrong item.they asked me to return the item and they said they would refund me the postage which i did to their instructions.i sent to them via an email a photo as proof of cost which they asked for,and they said i would receive that money back along with the item i actually ordered.they didn't respond to me,they didn't send me the correct item,they didn't refund me the cost of the item and they have totally blanked me with every follow up email i have sent them.that is theft as far as i'm concerned so don't trust this ignorant company and its dodgy owner one bit.their customer after service is absolute ignorance to the customer and they are unfit to trade online as they don't carry out their legal duties. this is an 100% fact with the service i haven't had

The items ordered were great quality and arrived here in Australia less than a week from ordering

The response time from Elite Pro Sports was far in excess to other companies I have deal with and was a credit to the company. In particular Sarah Powell, from the customer sevice department, dealt with my enquiry efficiently leading to a quick and early resolution. Overall the service I experienced was first class.

Poor. Sent wrong item, admitted they were at fault. To resolve the issue I have to go to the post office, pay for the item to be returned, reclaim the postage fee, wait for them to receive the incorrect item they sent then they will post the item they should have posted originally. Farcical. Not exactly pro active customer service. Wouldn't use again.

Superb quality of Hull City replica kit and jacket. The high quality zips, pocket details, and collar design/implementation are really appreciated. Great to have a local company providing great products for my club.

Really happy with my new football shirt. It fits perfectly, better than any other football shirt I have bought, feels comfortable, and the quality is excellent for the price. The customer service was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, a great product and a brilliant shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Hi, I purchased a Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Top for my husband on Eliteprosports website recently. The standard delivery date is 3-5 working days.
By the 4 day it had not arrived so decided to check my emails. To my astonishment I was very pleased to see that Eliteprosports had already sent me an email explaining why there was a delay, which was out of their control and were, awaiting my reply to see what I would prefer to do next. I replied to this email and again got a quick response to say that the item was now on its way by DHL who would send me a expected arrival date in due course. I have received this email from DHL and it's due to arrive in two days time.
The reason I gave this my expirence 5* is not everything goes to plan every time when purchasing things either online or in shops, but good service is keeping the customer in the loop as to the problem, offering the customer a choice as to what they want to do next. All this was done without me even having to chase them which to me is the difference between good service and great service.

Slight issues with free delivery offer. Messaged and it was sorted next working day. Can’t ask for more after slight issue. Good product as described.

Had a fault with Rugby boots and I cannot compliment the team/Joanna enough for the service in fixing it. The definition of going above and beyond.

I ordered an Army Rugby Shirt as a birthday present. Paid extra for faster delivery. Unfortunately DHL delivered to completely the wrong address. I tried speaking to DHL who were really unhelpful so contacted Elite Pro Sports direct. A very helpful Joanne responded and done absolutely everything in her power to resolve in time for the birthday. She found the address for me, I went to the address but unfortunately it was a very elderly resident who said he gave the package to his carer to send back. Joanne at this stage, because I was running out of time, issued a full refund. She has taken on my complaint to DHL. Thank you so much. Things sometimes go wrong, but its how it is dealt with that makes a company good to work with. Will continue to order from them as any previous shirts we've had have always been great. Thank you

Really great customer service. A return went missing but my email was responded to in double quick time. Fortunately I was able to prove the return had been delivered (always a good idea to used a tracked service) and so EPS were able to action my refund without delay. No ones fault but great response.

Excellent customer service. Had a faulty pair of rugby boots, contacted the company, sent them back and received a replacement within days. Joanna was excellent, great communication. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My daughter was selected to be a match mascot for her 9th Birthday, so I ordered a full kit for her a week in advance. I contacted Customer Services and explained the situation, and that I desperately needed it by the following Friday.
I received a generic copied and pasted response from Joanna in Customer Services stating I would receive a tracking number when the order was dispatched but it would be 3-5 working days. I responded and said I would happily pay more for expedited delivery. This was flatly refused by Joanna due to “high demand”, and again a copied and pasted second paragraph confirming it would be 3-5 working days.
I chased again a couple of days later, and again received a copied and pasted generic response.
I then received an email notifying me that my order had been dispatched on Thursday morning, however, crucially with no tracking number. I logged in to my online account, which stated “Order Completed”.
The following morning, the Friday which I required delivery to ensure we had the kit for the weekend match, I received an email notification stating my order was cancelled due to it being Out of Stock and I would be refunded.
No explanation, no apology, no communication.
Absolutely horrendous Customer Service, letting down a 9 year old girl for her birthday.
A real disappointment to the teams and brands the Elite Pro supply.

Ordered 7 days ago from this shambolic company still no message to say dispatched emailed them got a cloned response back saying due for dispatch shortly when their couriers receive the parcel tracking will be sent really poor company next time I’ll stick to the club shop

Will never order from this place again!Placed an order item was showing in stock a week later I got a email to say it had been dispatched,2 days after that looked on online banking the money for order had gone back in my account.I emailed to ask what was going on and all I got was the item was out of stock,absolute joke of a company

Ordered a jersey. I did receive wrong size but all dealt with promptly and timely. Joanna great to deal with. Got my correct one quickly and they covered all delivery charges. All dealt with v well and pleasure to deal with

I can't fault this company for it's customer service! I ordered an item that was delivered on Monday, returned for an exchange (I needed a larger size) which they received on Tuesday, and the replacement was delivered on Friday! My emails were responded to by Jo within the hour. Great quality item. I will be ordering again. Thank you!
