Still waiting for build defects to be sorted, took Tegan almost 11 months to send 2 workers out and attempt to fix a few problems. She said the repairs were done to a satisfactory standard meaning gaps above doors and windows were filled with lengths of foam and VJ panel splits resealed only problem he missed quite a few. You can't say you only use an expert team of workers when they don't finish the job completely, they don't know how to fit doors correctly, they don't know how to frame and trim around doors and windows leaving huge gaps allowing rain to enter. They put screws through the waterproof membrane rendering it useless. They don't install underlay so the vinyl flooring arrives with creases and bubbles and they aren't interested in fixing properly so it doesn't happen again. But as Tegan says it's satisfactory and definitely not Elite
