Worst Moving Company Ever – Stay Away from Elite Movers!
I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Elite Movers was. From start to finish, they were unprofessional, unreliable, and careless.
Their communication was a disaster—no updates, inaccurate details, and confusing responses. They promised a 2-4 day delivery window, but my items didn’t arrive until 14 days later. Worse still, they split my shipment without any explanation or consent. When the first truck arrived missing a large portion of my belongings, we called their receptionist and She was clueless and insisted nothing was missing, which was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters even worse, the second truck didn’t arrive until 25 days later—at 11 PM! They gave me only 5 hours’ notice despite promising 24 hours.
My items were damaged, false information was given, and the driver left everything on the sidewalk, he didn’t helped us AS IT WAS PROMISED!
There was no apology or attempt to fix anything. Don’t waste your time or money—avoid Elite Movers at all costs.
