Loved elite for the first 2 years and since September 2024 its went down hill when certain trainers left. I left April 2025 and gave notice as I knew I had to. I left 7 month pregnant and was just disgusted with the way they dont care anymore. I was not in a contract and now they are sending me threatening emails, asking for money and threatening me with court! 8 months pregnant here and dont need this! No communication snd won't take responsibility. They've deleted my account so im clearly not a member!

Just have a look at their registered office - Companies House have pulled it as it's a scam - using someone else's home as the address on website

Order placed in April. Not received as of 22 July.
No response to email and posted phone numbers are invalid.

This company is purporting to be based from my home address. It has absolutely nothing to do with me. 100% SCAM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Bought some dumbbells off these people.Haven’t arrived.Tried ringing two different phone numbers.No one answered.Sent numerous messages.Still no response.Please do not buy off these people.Con artists.

Was about to pull the trigger on a multigym but when I tried dialling their website number/s they came back as not recognised. This rang alarm bells, so I'm afraid, even though they may be legit, I won't be taking any chances with these guys.

Ordered some barbells. Whilst the order was "processed" quite efficiently there has been no further comms and obviously nothing delivered.
Phone numbers do not connect and no response from emails yet the website is still working fine !
Company name on Credit card bill does not match the website at all. I have started proceedings with credit card company to recover the money.

this is either a SCAM or they are useless and should not be trusted anyway.

Bought an expensive item (£1650) and they took my money but I soon realised it was a scam - no office and no working phone numbers. Reported to credit card company and national cyber security centre. After 3 weeks, still waiting to get my money back and the website is still there. What a joke.

Just reported to bank as goods not received, do not use this company, no communication, numbers not recognised, no response to email sent.

Scam. Raised a dispute with my bank to get money back.

I ordered a set of exercise weights in early may . These never arrived and elite gym store doesn’t bother to reply to queries.

Fraud. Do not buy anything as you will never see it. Currently waiting for bank to respond.

Do not use this so called company!

Take your money but don’t communicate or deliver the product.

I luckily got my money back by going through my bank and reporting it as fraud.

At the time of my order the company had 4 star rating but clearly all fake reviews so don’t be fooled!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam of a company. Your order will not arrive, there will be no communication from the “seller”. Fraudulent company, plain and simple. Luckily I only spent a small amount of money, however some items on their website go for £100s. Avoid these con artists at all costs! I have raised it with my bank. Please do your research before making a purchase, after further research I can see how poor their website is. Such as their address is a random house in Google maps and the phone numbers listed are not recognised. I don’t know how this is allowed to continue as it’s theft.

Order placed on 7 May for Concept 2 rower, promising 2-3 day delivery. As at 1 June, no item received, no response to any of my emails and the phone number on the website is no longer in use. Total scam.

No contact, no reply to emails, no order.

Reported to fraud team and raised chargeback!
