Went to get both of my cars air con recharged as it wasn't as cold as I wanted. Both same engine and Aircon systems. Both were recharged one after the other, both stopped blowing cold after 3 days. Both cars Aircon were blowing cold, just not as cold as needed before recharging.
Both taken back to garage, one is holding pressure and blowing cold, let's see if it lasts.
The other came up as a leak in system. This was working before the garage got it's hands on it and now the system is broken. They were very, very quick to offer a refund so in my eyes they knew something wasn't done correctly. I do have a report from another garage prior to this recharge saying Aircon was functioning correctly.
I know have the expensive task of fault finding said leak and then fixing it thanks to this garage.
I would avoid.

Little bit left to do.

Traveling from France, arriving in Dover with tyre warning light on. Called in the garage outside Deal Kent for advise. Welcomed by Oli and within minutes, David, a mechanic took over and sorted the tyre problem out! Even canceled the warning alarm! All performed with smiles and courtesy .All above and beyond my expectations! THANK you to both of you! It’s great to know that kindness and consideration is out there…

I took my car down because of a knocking sound coming from under my vehicle. When I booked it in, I also asked the staff to look at the spare wheel carriage where my spare tyre would go as this could be part of the problem... I haven't been able to put my spare tyre back for several years.

The car repairs cost over £500. When I got home and looked at the service they did they have put the spare wheel carriage as an advisory.

There are still rattles and knocking sounds and I also realised when I got home that I was missing a hub cap.

I required four tries and as usual in phones around !y area to get quotes and advice. Elite were not pushy, they have me a quote on three different makes all available to be fitted the next day and could make a final decision on my arrival with any further questions. Perfect. Could not of asked for better service and when the job was done they phoned and said there was no urgency to collect, finish my shopping/lunch etc. The staff met were very experienced and actually looked happy to help.

As usual, staff very welcoming, greet with a smile and always remember you. Very good prices. When my mot was done I had a phone call as promised. I have been going there for quite a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I always buy the staff some biscuits for their tea breakfast as they deserve it with kindness and politeness. I will always recommend Elite when asked. Simon also always goes above and beyond to help.

Recently needed my air conditioning regased and they were very very helpful and very efficient and a good price would definitely use again

Late on a Saturday afternoon the garage identified what was wrong with my car, ordered the required parts early Monday morning and completed the job as quickly as possible.
Really good service.
