Great service, order taken over the phone (with window code) speedy fitting, all sorted in less than 2 weeks, fitters were great

Avoid like the plague!!!
£400 pounds for a Roman blind that was made to small, poor quality, stretched, stitching wasn’t even straight.
I complained as soon as it was put up, they admitted that it has been made too small.

I had to wait for the owner “Hayder” to come to my home to inspect the blind. He was aggressive and rude, I said that I want a refund he refused it- aggressively! He Wanted more money off me to correct the poor standard of blind, with a high price tag.

Still hasn’t refunded me or picked up this poor quality, too small, stretched to make fit blind.
They have told my credit cardholder I can have a refund if I return the blind. However Hayder won’t reply to my messages! So ill continue to take this further, the man is nothing but a bully who steals peoples money- he even told me due to all the faults with my blind he got a refund off the manufacturer for the blind I paid for!

I was recommended to use Elite Blinds and I can definitely say I wasn't disappointed. The service from the start from having someone come round to provide a quote to place the order to the fitting, I was very impressed. Very friendly service and would highly recommend to anyone.

A big thank you to the new owner of Apex Elite Blinds, Jonny Orr, for his quick and decisive response to my recent complaint regarding my 4 year’s old blind bought from Elite Blinds.
Disappointed when I was told it was not repairable after 3 attempts, I contacted Jonny. Within minutes he assured me that this should not have been the situation and a new blind would be made.
He even gave further assurance, that should I have any problems with this new blind, he’d sort that out also.
I couldn’t believe the excellent customer service I received. Within 2 weeks my new blind was made and fitted. Such a business who cares for their customers like this, deserves to do well. I would certainly recommend Apex Elite to anyone buying blinds.

The Blinds I got from these jokers were so far from elite they made Tottenham look like they were the most decorated team in England. Spoke to a guy who was Rude beyond belief and made a comment about my receding hairline which did not go down well with my wife and tbh upset my daughter aswel. AVOID do not buy from these cowboys.

From placing an order,fitted within 2 days……..cannot emphasise enough,the efficiency of this company. Conservatory blinds were fitted in approx.1 hour. Unbelievable service,one very satisfied customer.

Very friendly, professional service. Helpful advice in choosing the correct blinds. Came out to measure and made and installed them within a week. Installation was very efficient and lovely blinds. This is the 2nd lot of blinds installed by this company highly recommended.

From the measuring to fitting was the most pleasant and easiest process ever . Felt no pressure to choose anything I didn't want or need ,and received just what I asked for . I would highly recommend elite blinds to anyone . Thankyou so much .

My family and I been loyal customers but so disappointed now :)

After order placed for all windows, rep arrived and put up louver blinds. Rep was obviously in big hurry after getting call on mobile. One louver blind had many slots missing so had to use up the spares. Promised to return with spares but never materialised.

Complained to office but still no action or apology for poor service.

Had to argue with rep during fitting as was adamant NO roller blind, then eventually found this in van and put up in bathroom.

If they want to keep custnomers look after them better.

Great company to deal with from pricing, measuring up to customer services and fitting.
Easy to order and fitting was a dream. Any issues the fitters found was quickly overcome in a totally professional way.

My wife and I called into Elite for a quote, I spoke to the lady and arranged for a operative to come and measure up, within three days they came and fitted them, we would just like to say thank you for your excellent service and especially the great price, I will be recommending Elite to all our friends , thanks again Dave and lrene Rayner.
