Avoid!

Overpriced products, awful customer support - not customer oriented. Delivery time is horrible- 5 weeks turned into 7-8 weeks of waiting for product. Delivery is a gamble! You never know if you end up having a 20kg parcel delivered to your home or will have to carry it on your back from Post Office. When you assemble furniture - there are no marks anywhere to where one has to attach parts and you need special tools to be able to drill in the screws and measure everything yourself.

The way of shipment is odd

The way of shipment is odd. Elite didn't send SMS to inform the delivery, just send email; didn't ask for the nearest place to deliver the goods, instead one has to drive to Nordpost warehouse to pick up the goods. What a bad process and service.

False claims about delivery time

Ordered a height-adjustable desk with 2-5 days delivery time according to the website. After ordering I received an email telling me that it will take 2-3 weeks until they have everything in storage again and they will let me know when the desk ships. Of course I didn’t hear anything and after more than 3 weeks I had to ask about the status of the delivery and got a reply that will take another week or so and I will receive information when the desk ships. I can understand that it can take longer during pandemic times, but then one shouldn’t make any promises. During all that time their website still says 2-5 days delivery time for the desk I ordered...
Eventually it was Postnord who informed me that they have a delivery for me. So the only positive aspect I can mention is that I finally received the desk. Everything else just seemed unprofessional and full of false claims.

Hompage state week after week 3-5 days…

Hompage state week after week 3-5 days delivery time. But products are not in stock. They fool customers to believe that they have items in stock. Basically no updates regarding orders and further delays. You need to contact them to get updates. If you find your product somewhere else, buy it there instead!

Prompt delivery, minor faults

Prompt delivery. One of the adjustment knobs for the armrest was damaged, used some loctite on it. Screws, washers and umbrako keys were just scattered about in the large box instead of neatly packaged in a small plastic bag. There were no instructions for using the chair once assembled. Otherwise, a good chair for the price. Was a bit surprised that it was delivered from England. Have a suspicion that the chair was manufactured in China originally.

They sell defect products for extremely…

They sell defect products for extremely high prices, the support refuses to replace your product and continuously ignores your support messages. Had to write them four times to even get a proper response, and was met by the snarkiest "support" staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Buying a chair for over 4000 SEK only to have it continuously break apart after only a few months is a bad enough experience by itself - their terrible customer service only made it all the more worse. Save yourself the trouble and avoid, avoid, avoid.
