Great support
The resistance was too high to use my Elite Suito-T trainer. It was 4 years old and out of warranty. I contacted support and after trying a few things, they said to send trainer to them. While finding no issues with the resistance, they did find some issues with the bearings and offered to replace the trainer with a new Direto model. I had to just pay for the postage fees and have a brand new trainer!
This really is great support from the Elite team.
