Great support

The resistance was too high to use my Elite Suito-T trainer. It was 4 years old and out of warranty. I contacted support and after trying a few things, they said to send trainer to them. While finding no issues with the resistance, they did find some issues with the bearings and offered to replace the trainer with a new Direto model. I had to just pay for the postage fees and have a brand new trainer!
This really is great support from the Elite team.

Suito trainer failure and poor customer support

Suito trainer has a common problem with the circuit board failing. Took a long time for customer service to reply and then said that i needed to buy a replacement part from their website which is no longer available.

If you search the web, you will see lots of people with failed circuit boards.

5* Support from Elite

My Elite Suito started to get noisy after 3 years. I contacted support and they requested I send a video of the trainer making the noise. They agreed it was not working as it should and quoted me to repair. It took Elite a day to inspect and agree to send me a replacement Suito-T.
Outside of DHL shipping time (5 days).

Very pleased with the outstanding responsiveness of Elite support and quick turnaround.

Elite Suito-T

My Elite Suito-T would suddenly not power on. It has been working flawlessly now for 2 years. I contacted them for assistance to solve the problem. They came back to me promptly and asked some questions to diagnose the problem. As I was occupied, I could not give an answer for 2 days. They then just sent me a new circuit electronics board as a replacment of the broken one. Easy installation and now working again. All free, all done quickly, showing lots of will to solve the problem. PS! The 2 year guarantee has just passed. I am very happy with how they solved this. A happy customer and top review as a result.

Expensive, questionable quality and bad support

My roller Suito is noisy and vibrates. They accepted to change the unit but, since I purchased the item in Italy and then moved to Spain, I still have to ship the item to the shop I bought it from and wait to get the new unit shipped back to me. I also have to pay shipping costs. I will not be able to train for weeks.

Elite-it is really one of the best experiences I've ever made with ANY company. Both products and service are outstanding. The team has always been willing to go the extra mile to provide support. And the trainers are just great. Can only recommend!

Outstanding service during lockdown

Urgently needed a power cable for my turbo during lockdown. Having tried UK suppliers without success, I ordered one from the Elite website. As it was the height of the pandemic in Italy (early April) I did not hold out much hope, however, within a couple of days the cable had arrived! Incredible.

Mismatch between totally unprofessional corporate staff and good product

Elite products may be OK, although not exclusive and not without hefty competition. However, the corporate Elite team are a bunch of unprofessional, unreliable individuals who never return phone calls or emails, can never be found on the phone. One could wonder how this company is in business with a third-world customer care. The main operator probably has sign such as "hide and reject phone calls" and lies through his teeth telling stories that make no sense. (I was never given his last name. although was directed to by the main operator) both in the corporate office of Elite. Peter was said to be out of the office for 20 minutes and back very soon, and in 20 minutes the story was that he was out of the country. That was two weeks in a row.
I am running to competitors and will never use Elite!!!

Elite offered to take the 2 bottles back and offered me free shipping of the revised bottles.

I ordered 2 new bike thermos, called Deboyo, after I had the companys earlier bottles and was happy with those, but the Deboyo sounded better.

I received a mail, telling me that there was a revision of the Deboyo coming in 1-2 months but their shipping department was so fast that they had already sent me the bottles the same day I ordered .

As I wanted the revised bottles, Elite offered to take the 2 bottles back and offered me free shipping of the revised bottles.

I have received those and am very impressed.
If filled with ice cubes and topped with tapwater, the last icecube only melts after 30 hours in a 22C ambient temperature.
