Delivery charge doubled because of bad stock management

Placed an order including a £125 delivery charge, but because my 'local' depot had insufficient stock I was told i needed to pay another £125 to fulfil my order as stock needed to complete my order had to come from another depot. Your crappy stock management should NOT be the customers problem and I was not offered any compromise so I cancelled the order.
Completely unacceptable service, would give ZERO stars if possible

Helpful company

Helpful company. There was a problem with compatibility between some parts that they supplied, and they sorted things out quickly and efficiently. Friendly and helpful delivery drivers. Did what they said, when they said.
