Great quality.

I ordered a bracelet, and when it arrived, I noticed that it was slightly bent in one place. I then contacted customer service and received an immediate response. I immediately received a new strap along with a return envelope and a stamp inside to send the old strap back.
A great customer service and super fast shipping.

Basically got scammed. Ordered a necklace, paid, received nothing. The website says it's delivered, DHL tracking shows it's not. Support doesn't respond.
Stay away.

Very pretty jewel of good quality. Elise is very responsive if we have a question. We can trust her!!

Very reactive company, they replied in a super nice way within the hour to every question I had. Products were perfectly in line with my expectations. Even in very busy period (Christmas) the time between order and delivery was acceptable (8 days). I strongly recommend!

When I received the products, I felt like I was in the hands of a person, not an impersonal company or website. This was so refreshing! Everything came really fast and nicely packed.

The jewelry is beautiful, I’m wearing mine now. Elegant but classy, a simple gold necklace. I was so charmed I’ve asked Elise to help me find special jewelry for my daughter who’s getting married next year.

In this day of Amxxxn and shopping online, it’s wonderful to deal with a craftsman/woman who is proud of their product and thinks you’re a person, not simply a lucrative business transaction.

The gemstone bracelet came wrapped up nicely in tissue. Very pretty dainty style and good craftmanship. Shipping was also fast and customer care will get back to you whenever you have an issue or questions about their products.

No customer service, no communication. Product broke and there is no option to return it.

I’m leaving this on one star till it’s solved.
So I’ve been wearing two necklaces from Elise et Moi for longer than a year now. Beautiful, great quality, I never take them off!
I then bought a matching bracelet and it broke out of the blue - without an accident - after 2 months. I contacted Elise et moi via email, chat and business WhatsApp. No response at all. The website states a guarantee, but they don’t seem to mean it.
I’m super disappointed and will never order here again.
