Stay away from these con artists!

Mobile internet connections are mostly awful, blocks the signal after downloading large amount of files even on the unlimited internet plan.
Don't even bother the customer service because they are essentially non existent or a one man job, who knows?
And also, beware when you have an old router or an aging infotainment systems and when they want to switch it or force it upon you, either way you have fully payed for the previous one at this point. Which they will take it too, for themselves and then replace it with a new one just to pay 100euros a month for a long term. Then few months pass by, they cut off your internet because it isn't an lightning cable and the only solution to it. Is as you guessed it, drag an open cable through your apartment.
Wow, this has been all very pleasant but their acts still continue.
When you can't access anything and your like any other individual, tired from their services then you want to cancel it. And the all mighty who work there forces you to pay for everything that you had taken on the installment plan, which of course they are some Chinese knockoffs for absurd prices.
And they try to be all cute and shabby to drag you back into their scamming industry by spamming calls, emails etc.

Wouldn't even recommend Elisa to my enemies.

Hidden subscriptions and poor service

A paid “internet security” service was added to my account without my explicit consent. My contract clearly included only the main internet service, with no mention of any additional subscriptions, pricing, or trial terms.

After some time, this extra service was activated automatically, without transparent prior notice or my confirmation. When signing the contract, I specifically stated that I did not want any additional services.

I consider this practice to be a hidden subscription add-on. The company refuses to refund the charges, and my formal complaint has been ignored.

I recommend carefully checking your bills and service details, as additional services may be added without clear consent.

Worst internet provider EVER

What a show they put on, how they are in business is surprising.. The connection itself was strong at first, but got worse over time, just like their support and ended with them putting me in debt even though i cancelled it in March last year and dropped off everything after talking to them.

Just because they know people won't spend thousands to take them to court. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Elisa experience

Elisa is the worst internet provider I have ever used, the prices are expensive and the internet speed and quality is not even worth talking about. One day the download speed is 50 and then other days its like 4-8Mbps, its not worth the money. I would not recommend it do anyone!

A loyal customer who was left with his problems

I have been using their service for a long time and it was a shock to me when my active SIM card with balance on it stopped working abroad. After contacting CS they simply escalated the issue to the technical department who never contacted me about the issue except for one lady who asked me the same troubleshooting questions that I had already answered when I contacted them in the first place. I'm still abroad without being able to use the SIM card or receive important calls. Disgrace!

Elisa wireless internet is horrible in Tallinn

Noone in Tallinn Center should use Elisa home internet. I am in Kotzebue, Its in the middle of the largest city in Estonia and Elisa is giving me 1 mbit most of the time. 1 mbit, in 2025. They've send a mechanic, he was okay at first, seem to be understanding my problem and turned rude as i've complained about the speed issue, said he configured the modem and did a speed test in front of me to only get 4mbits. Overall Elisa home internet is horrible.

Horrible

Horrible, spammy-scammy company - promises good conditions but doesn't stand up to their own promises (they said there is a 2-week canceling time for a contract, but now it appears that it is not true). Salesmen super annoying, and once you sign anything with them, you'll be tied to them forever. Beware.

Just stay away from this company

Just stay away from this company. I've been a client for Tele2 and Telia for ages. And I never had problems either with bills or their products or services. Unlucky enough, I bought a phone from Elisa few months ago. And wow Elisa is a whole different story! First, the brand-new phone I bought there had several issues. Many phones from other companies before - zero complaints. I live abroad so I said - ok, I m not gonna return to Estonia just to fix the phone - that's the only solution Elisa offered me. Secondly, my invoice less than 8 euro was overdue 10 (!!!) days and they charge me 5 euro. As my payment is automatic, I didnt notice that. And next months they already charge 5 euro more!!

So for 8 euro bill I have to pay now 10euro extra for 10 days overdue.

Is this an incasso company or mobile provider??? Maybe they better focus on reliable services and quality products till now they are shitty.

Never connect with this provider

Never connect with this provider. Elisa Huub, have been trying to cancel it over a year, still nothing as I will be only speaking to robot Annika, and paying every month over 5 eur for the shitty films that aren’t even working. Once I will be back in Estonia I will go to the real store and oooh this will be a great show.

DON´T EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

If I could I would put -100....this is the most unbelievable company...not impossible to end the service contract of TV and internet BEACAUSE THEY JUST DONT ANSWER TO ANYTHING! IF YOU CHOOSE THEM, BE READY TO PAY ALL YOUR LIFE, BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER AND LET YOU OFF THE HOOK.

I am utterly frustrated and angry with…

I am utterly frustrated and angry with Elisa's support system! Every attempt to resolve my issues has been ignored. There's no email for direct contact, and the chatbot is completely useless, leaving me with unresolved problems and continuous charges for a service I don't even use.

It's outrageous that I've been charged month after month with no way to cancel. This level of neglect and poor service is unacceptable. Elisa needs to fix its support system immediately and address my billing issues before I take further action.

Enough is enough!

Elisa is continiously chargingFake billing by Elisa for modem

Elisa is continiously charging for modem which I never used in 8 months .Their executive took modem but Elisa forcing me to pay 140 euro.Noone is listening from support and asking me to provide CCTV footage for past 8 months which isnimpossible for me.They are not asking their executing and charging 5 euro per month as penalty.Noone listening…don’t know what to do.
