I ordered several products

I ordered several products. They were all delivered in a timely fashion. One of them, however, a tube of eyelid primer, has virtually no product in it. The wand comes out almost dry with occasionally just a thin smear of product on it. I emailed them and received a reply on 20th November, saying that they had shared my feedback with their teams and each item is sold by weight which Is listed on the product package. They then said they would forward my feedback to the appropriate department. I heard nothing more so emailed again on 2nd December and have since heard nothing. I am disappointed that this hasn't been resolved and would not be inclined to buy from them again. .

Order 10 days ago and nothing came

Ordered on the .uk website 10 days ago.
I still haven't received my order and it's not even been shipped after 10 days ...
They told me it will be ship in 1 to 2 days... so 12 days to ship an order.
I am extremely upset
