Dreadful service and probably a scam!

Dreadful service and probably a scam!
Ordered on the 24th June and there’s been no updates since the 25th June. Contacted yodel who advised they are still waiting to receive the package in to their network. Sent x4 emails to support@elevi and not had a single reply.
There’s no way to request a refund or speak to anybody about what’s happening. I would advise everybody to stay clear of this dodgy website unless you want to be scammed.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad…

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review, which I will amend if they decide to rectify the issue. Sent me EOS products that smelled off, have been chasing them since 30th with no response. Now the website is down which leads me to believe I may have been scammed?

Apologies for the late response. We had some maintenance issues with the website causing it to go down.

I couldn't find any orders under the name 'Jay' or email correspondence, could you please email us support@elevi.co.uk with your 4 or 5 digit order number please.

quick shipping, good prices, good shipping as well, but bottles were a tiny bit dirty, but nothing a bit of water couldnt fix
