This store is a fraud. They're guilty of false advertising. They show you a picture of a nice garment and then send you something that is completely different from the item on their website. Classic bait and switch.

Company communicated items arrival day. When I opened the package containing 3 blouses and 2 pieces of jewelry. The costume jewelry was as anticipated. The blouses were nothing like what was shown on their website which was on New York Times on-line. Cheap fabric, no consumer tags, flowers dimly stamped onto the slick shiny odd fabric. I advise to stay away!

I would have liked to see your sizing chart before ordering

I needed to cancel my order then reorder but couldn't get any response.

If it was possible to give zero stars this would have zero!

I have been contacting this company for over 6 months now and am not any nearer getting my money back. I have asked for the phone number of the CEO and still get the bog standard ‘we apologise for this error’ e-mail response.
Signing off the emails with ‘have a blessed day’ or ‘we wish you a happy life’ does not get my refund back.
I ordered a knitted (key word) wolf cardigan. The item that arrived was not knitted, was of shocking poor quality and not fit for purpose.
I am so disappointed that they really do not care.
I doubt I’ll ever get my money back. Shocking experience. Really really poor!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! The material used was not what was represented on the website. Customer service only offered me $20 back out of my $150 bill. Don't get tricked like I did.

Thanks to Eleven forest I have finally found the perfect gift for my Mother-in-law a full three months before her birthday. The blouse I purchased is so beautiful and so perfect for her that I may not be able to wait to give it to her. I also bought a humorous Christmas shirt for my husband, so funny. I look forward to the arrival of my order.

*Update* after twice by email demanding a refund from serviceelevenforest.com today I endured a deluge of calls from the same voice & # from Glenbrook, NV(?) claiming to be a rep of my internet provider and asking me to verify my internet activity today. That's not real and it's not a coincidence.

The designs, patterns and colour combinations are absolutely stunning! Thank you for the experience and look forward to receiving my order.

Great and unique clothing - very fun! It was easy to place my order and view products on the website.

The clothing looks nothing like what they advertise. Cheap garbage that I wasted money on. Takes weeks to get order so getting one’s money back is difficult.
I am furious.

I spent $100 on junk that should cost $9.99!!
Out of 2 caps 2 tee shirts and 1 sweatshirt, only 1 cap was what was ordered. 1 cap had the wrong emblem on the front. The sweatshirt is cheap flammable polyester sized for a 6 year old boy. The sleeves came up to my elbows. I ordered a woman's size medium. The 2 tee shirts were also too small, very cheaply made of poor material.
There is NO Customer Service. They're not located in the US as they claim. They are in China!

Reading all the negativity about your company, I will cancel my order, credit card payment. Probably a scam.
