I absolutely love Elevated Faith. I wear their jewelry and clothes daily, and even use their phone cases — everything is such great quality and holds up so well. Beyond that, I really appreciate the story and message behind the brand. It’s more than just clothing and accessories; it’s a reminder of faith and purpose in everyday life. Everything feels intentional, meaningful, and beautifully made. Truly one of my favorite Christian brands.

I agree with other reviews regarding customer service. I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/12/25 as a Christmas present. To date 2/2/26 I have not received the sweatshirt and have had zero responses to my two Customer Service submissions. I've checked the Tracking several times. It still says "order has been fulfilled waiting for transit pick up".

All around just great quality apparel that can lead to awesome conversation starters.

Our shirts were great, but the customer service has been awful. I had a question about a return. The response time was over a week and now the return window is closed. When I finally got a response, it was from AI and did not answer my question. When I begged to talk to a real a person, they parroted what AI said, again, not answering my question. I am really frustrated and don't think I will be ordering again, because if we have an issue there is no help to be had.

Came on good time but the shirt was a little bit small and didn’t fit the receiver well.

Very slow on delivery of items. Very slow in response to customer questions. I ordered 5 items 3 weeks ago and don’t have two of them and no one will respond. Great products but horrible customer service and terrible delivery timelines.

Defective shirt and zero customer service contacting me back. They know what this is about. Will not be able to continue supporting this company due to this alone. Spamming emails and texts with promotions and zero customer service contacting me back about defective shirt.

Very friendly Service, but the sizes were not correct. For two deliverys they were too small.

Great customer service when I needed help with my order a few minutes after placing it! My sweatshirt is super soft and has washed well. I did take one star off because the stitching on my sweatshirt is messed up but it’s not that noticeable by others and is still a great sweatshirt and I’ve enjoyed it!
