Elev8, these thieves stole my $40.00.
I made a withdrawal request through SPEI. which is supposed to be instant.
They asked me for my current statement, which I provided right away. It has been 3 weeks, and there has been no response or money in my account.
Customer Service always gives you the same stupid answer; they do not resolve anything for you.
When they were Octa, I never had a problem; now they seem to have all kinds of issues with deposits and withdrawals; they are stealing their clients' money. The good thing was only 40.00 dollars.

Not processing the withdrawal request
Hello everyone,
Please, be careful with these bastards!
The last review which was submitted exactly 3 days back mentions the withdrawal issue. These things took a "review of my account", which is old and completely verified. It didn't take much time, so I thought it's ok.
Now, these bastards are "reviewing" my account once again. I don't know what the hell is going on with this degraded website, but they completely went berzerk. They asked me to submit the proof of address. I did it. I've sent screenshots form my business mobile bank in order to demonstrate that I really could deposit that amount. These bastards are taking 4th day in order to tell me that the screenshots don't work. What a disgrace!
My account number 20708017. I submitted the withdrawal request on 21st February and the withdrawal ID is 22972511.
Please, anyone, help! I need funds urgently. My grandma is severely sick and I had to stop trading in order to finance her treatement.

Update II: 11th day of holding my funds. Latest documents I submitted are my daily account statements from KuCoin, showing all of my personal details. These thieves are still not releasing my funds. KuCoin is cooperating, advising and preparing the documents, but these bastards are holding still. This war continues.
Update III: 15th day of war. These people still aren't releasing funds. I submitted the following documents: ID, Passport, Personal Bank Statement, Business Bank Transactions with the History, My Business Registration document, Screen recording showing what's inside my KuCoin account, Daily statement from KuCoin, Transaction history from KuCoin. But, no, these scammers are still saying that I need my name and transaction hash on the same paper. And I provided it today. Let's see what they have to say now.
One more thing, whoever is my spot, please contact me, my whatsapp number is here, you aren't alone, I'm a real person. We have to do something. Rohit, author of another review got in touch with me now and we exchanged ideas. My grandma passed away recently, because I couldn't help her financially. We have to unite against such enemy! I wrote Trustpilot support as well. Waiting for their response as well. Stay strong and let's unite!
Final update: I got my funds. KuCoin saved my day, basically. They've carefully worked my withdrawal statement, so these people would be unable to deny it. I'm super, super, super thankful to KuCoin!

My account number is 65005679. I am a client of Elev8 broker. When I was losing money, there were no checks or restrictions. My deposit was $3000 and I made a profit of $1300. After requesting a withdrawal, my request was suddenly stopped and my account was put under review. Support told me to wait 3 business days but did not explain the exact reason. I am concerned about this delay and expect a clear explanation and access to withdraw my funds without unnecessary restrictions.

I am an ELVE8 trader from past more…
I am an ELVE8 trader from past more than 8 years .
But today I tried to login to check my trades and I am unable to to login .it says account blocked ,contact customer support .
Now it came into my knowledge that it's operating with name of ELEV8.
Before it was octafx
I contacted online chat option and it says your account is permanently deleted .as they are ot serving in my country of residence .
I don't know where are my funds ?what about my trades .
They did not sent me any notification email etc .

MT4 server lag still occured
MT4 server lag still occured (just like Octafx) in Feb 2026. I have 2-3 cases during year 2025 only. Today, 02.00 MT4 time, i have pending order XAU Sell Limit with TP 100 points, transaction was "closed due take profit" in Jurnal tab, but the trade result is MINUS in History tab. I traded with other broker too, but never going like this. I hope this not happened again in the future, since OctaFX using new brand Elev8, must be elevating service too, right?
