Great customer service & fabulous product
Great customer service. I did an error by ordering 2x a lamp and needed quick reaction to remove and refund me the 1 out of the 2. This was done and responded to very quickly.
Although the delivery time was longer than expected, once arrived, the product is exceptional! So if you have some patience to wait for your beutiful lamp, it is worth it.

I had a lengthy wait for my delivery (ordered in December, arrived at the end of February), but the Support Team was consistently responsive and attentive to my needs. They were aware that I had to leave at the beginning of March and ensured timely delivery. The product quality was excellent, and the remote system worked perfectly. The lamp is beautiful and adds significant value to my living room. I love the soft light it provides in the evenings. Overall, it was worth the wait.
Really great product
Although there was a slight delay, I was kept advised and when the lamp arrived it exceeded my expectations. Really well made and looks fabulous when lit. I would recommend the product and hopefully their logistics have been sorted

Yes I was worried I wouldn't receive my gorgeous lamp, so I emailed the company and they responded by putting my mind at rest I wasn't ignored like some companies do. This company always got back to me and guess what I am happy to order again from this company even recommend my friends and family to this company.

Well I must say I was concerned about the delay on delivery, never seemed to explain that delivery would be over 3 months, however they were more than happy to refund my purchase in full, and did clearly explain that these are hand crafted, so I did purchase in November 2025 and received them in early March.. the lamps are well worth the wait beautiful and look amazing in our home..
Horrendous. STAY AWAY!!!!
Ordered a light on 4 Feb and now 10 Apr. Tracking says it was sent to shipping on 13 Feb. Customer services says it is working its way through their shippoing process and frankly openly lie to you. The phone number on their website doesn't connect.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
If they aren't a scam they are the most unprofessional outfit I have come across.

Scam! Professional looking internet page. Had no suspicion of misconduct. About 20 mails that is answered fast by an AI robot called Lisa, and they also had a guy called Patrick Call me up and reassure me. The package - an Ave floor lamp - did have a tracking Number but it stalled on Dec 15 2025, three days after the buy. The package was Said to Get a New tracking Number from DPD, but never did, and it was always on its Way, «just a few days now». They reassured me that the factory was in the Netherlands, but was sent to China for fitting European standards (!) It is quite surprising that they are able to scam so many. No worries for me as I payed through my Master card and have now -on March 31 2026- filed my bank for a refund which I will get on My insurance. So this is a Warning of Foul play. I am sorry since the lamp looked good. There Are some good reviews on Trustpilot that obviously are fake, as they probably are written by eleralights themselves

This is a scam business. I ordered a lamp on 21 December 2025 and on 31 March 2026 when I am writing this review I have still not received the lamp. Cusomer service with a Lisa, which is probably just a fake person or a reply generated by some automated reply service, gives me the same excuses that I read from other people here on this review page, and eventually she "turned my request over to her manager Patrick to handle it". Does anyone know if the registered address for Elera Lights at Mr.Treublaan 7, 1097 DP Amsterdam, Netherlands is a real address for this business or just an address they have taken to make it look legitimate? Are anyone of you reading this currently in Amsterdam could pay a visit to this address to see if they are actually there and see if you can get hold of someone? Are anyone able to find the real name of the people behind this scam, the owner of their bank account that we are paying money in to?

Extremely disappointing experience – unresolved issues and poor service
I’m very disappointed with my experience.
I received one lamp that arrived damaged, and the second lamp I paid for was never delivered. Since then, I’ve been trying to resolve the issue, but have only received repeated delays and what feel like generic or unhelpful responses.
It has now been weeks without a proper resolution, which is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect either a prompt replacement or a refund—not ongoing excuses.
At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on:
• Incomplete delivery
• Damaged product
• Lack of effective customer support
• No timely resolution
I hope the company takes this seriously and resolves the situation quickly, but until then, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Avoid like the plague — trust the other negative reviews.
I ordered an item from this company three months ago. After nearly two months, they finally provided tracking details. Conveniently, the shipment then became “stuck” with a UK courier, who claimed the parcel was too large to transport and would be returned to the sender.
For the past month, I have been repeatedly requesting a refund. Each time, they reply very politely but take no actual action — just a constant stream of excuses and false promises. I must have exchanged 20+ emails with them, all saying the same thing but with no resolution.
Don’t be fooled by the glossy adverts. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I will now be pursuing a refund through my credit card provider.

Scam. I ordered the lamp in Jan 2026, and of cause today I still have no this. They use template phrases typical of scammers without any dates and timing estimates. Unfortunately, all the commenters, we gave money to scammers. I don't understand why Facebook doesn't close such pages and they continue to advertise, it's terrible.

This is a fraud
This is a fraud: they display beautiful products in fancy social media ads, however the quality of the lamp is extremly poor with a cheap paper look. The worst is that they refuse to take the products back: 1. They offer a 100€ but you don‘t want this lamp at your home. 2. They threaten that the refund will only apply if nothing is damaged, representing a high risk. 3. They tell you to fund the return shipment. 4. They refuse to organize the return or to liaise with their logistics partner.
This looks very much like a scam with aggressive marketing, poor quality and no customer service!
