ADHD coaching for people who've tried everything and nothing's stuck. You might have spent years in therapy, read every book, tried every app, and still feel paralysed by overwhelm and shame. That's where we start, not with strategies you already know, but with rewiring how your brain actually works. I specialise in shame-informed, neuroscience-grounded ADHD coaching. That means we're not here to slap productivity hacks onto executive dysfunction. We're here to help you understand the four hidden experiences that come with ADHD, identity confusion, capacity inconsistency, emotional intensity, and eroded self-trust and rebuild your relationship with yourself from there. I am an ICF-accredited coach with 15+ years working in SEN education and clinical settings. I work with the neuroscience of ADHD, not against it. I offer: 10-week Transformation Programme, deep rewiring work for lasting change 6-week Reset, focused support for specific challenges The ADHD Club, community support alongside 1:1 coaching This isn't about doing more or trying harder. It's about understanding why you work the way you do, and building a life that actually fits.

Working with Charlotte really has been life changing!

After going through the ADHD diagnosis process with my son, I started recognising so many similarities in myself and was subsequently diagnosed last year. At the time, I felt quite lost and unsure how to manage day-to-day life, but working with Charlotte has genuinely been life changing.
She helped me put practical, manageable strategies in place that have made a huge difference to my wellbeing. We started with the basics, improving my terrible sleep habits and helping me remember to take my supplements consistently, before moving on to deeper work around emotional regulation.
One of the biggest changes has been in my relationship with my husband. Charlotte helped me understand situations more from his perspective, which has brought so much more understanding and communication into our relationship.
Thanks to Charlotte, I now have a much better understanding of how my brain works and what my capacity really is, which has significantly reduced the overwhelm I used to feel constantly.
If anyone is struggling with ADHD, I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. She is compassionate, insightful, and truly life changing!

Game changer

Working with Charlotte has been brilliant, I am astounded by how much she has helped me achieve and how much I have learnt about myself in just 12 weeks. I came to Charlotte because I was really struggling with motivation at work, even though I love my job, and it was making my self-esteem plummet. I felt like I was stuck in a rut and couldn’t see a way out. Charlotte helped me work on negative thought patterns that were holding me back and gave me the tools I needed to help me get back on track. I am not exaggerating when I say it has been a game-changing experience. I have found effective strategies to help me overcome low motivation and procrastination at work, which is what I started coaching for, but the things I have learnt have also made a massive difference to my personal life, relationships, self-image and just my general outlook on life! This has only been possible through Charlotte’s unique approach which combines creating an open and safe space to discuss thoughts and feelings (which is demonstrated by the fact I brought up issues I have never discussed with anyone before, despite seeing multiple therapists!), and employing vast wealth of knowledge and practical strategies to help ADHD brains thrive by utilising our strengths. As well as being extremely knowledgeable, Charlotte is kind, funny, patient, understanding, and an absolute joy to work with- as such I am going to miss our weekly sessions! I would recommend Charlotte to anyone who is struggling with ADHD symptoms, even if you are undiagnosed (like me!). I am so grateful that I stumbled upon her website when I needed it most, I am still learning, but I really feel like my sessions with Charlotte have set me up to succeed, and I can't thank her enough!

Charlotte - a fountain of knowledge

I joined the ADHD club as a founding member and a newly diagnosed woman feeling confused and pretty low. Charlotte is a master at getting to the nitty-gritty of an issue. Before long, I began to change the habit of a lifetime from thinking there was something wrong with me to understanding common traits in ADHD. What a lifesaver this has been! I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough if you appreciate an honest, no-nonsense approach to ADHD, backed by science, personal experience, and oodles of empathy and humour. She is creating a beautiful community to share the highs, lows, and realities of life with ADHD.

To anyone who wants a positive change in their life.

Working with Charlotte has been a transformative, both in my wellbeing and personal development. What sets Charlotte apart from other support I have had previously, is the personalisation. Not strategies that work.. Strategies that work for me! Charlotte genuinely cares about the support she provides and as someone with ADHD that matters a lot in trusting the process. With her support, I have been able to drop old thought habits and develop new, more positive ones. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone who wants a positive change in their life.

Literal, life changing coaching

When you get diagnosed with ADHD, later on in life. It answer many questions but it doesn’t help in living with it. I reached a point very soon after diagnosis where I was reaching burnout and struggled to know how to turn it around. I then found Charlotte and everything changed, her 1:1 coaching and ADHD club literally turned me around. The term life changing gets used a lot but Charlotte, her coaching and the ADHD club is literally life changing for me and my family, it’s allowed myself and my family to function day to day without worrying about how my ADHD is going to affect day to day life (with the highs and lows it brings). I would encourage anyone with ADHD to use Charlotte and her services as it will literally change your life.

When I first started coaching sessions…

When I first started coaching sessions with Charlotte, I felt super lost. I felt out of control and had absolutely no direction in life. Charlotte helped me find myself again. She held me accountable when I was in the wrong, but also talked me down from rejection sensitivity spirals. She gave me the tools to better understand what was going on in my brain.

I will forever be grateful to Charlotte for all her kindness. I truly don’t know where I’d be without her!

Everything I hoped for (and more)

The ADHD Club has been life changing for me. That may sound like a big claim but life isn’t just the big moments and the special occasions. It’s also in the average days in between - and it’s in all those days where having an ADHD brain can be hard. Since joining the club the biggest shift for me has been in how I see myself and my inner voice. My increased self understanding has hugely changed things for me and I’m now able to show myself so much more compassion.

A particular ‘ah-ha’ moment for me was learning my brain needs novelty and urgency and my energy levels aren’t always consistent. I’m now able to use that knowledge and apply strategies that help me work with my brain and not against it.

As well as feeling more self-compassion having access to a community that understands me - and experiences so many things in the way I do - has also helped me to feel less shame. Plus I can recognise signs of overwhelm, procrastination, inattention etc. much quicker now and have the tools I need to tackle them.

I’d thoroughly recommend the club to anyone who wants knowledge, solidarity, understanding and to be seen. Charlotte’s really helpful posts, insightful coaching & resources combined with a supportive community is a powerful blend. Come join us, you won’t regret it.

My time with the ADHD club

I have been with Charlotte from the beginning nearly 2 years ago. The ADHD club and people in it and Charlotte have been such a force of good for me. It’s let me grow and speak with like minded people while I have been working my ADHD out . I am still learning and have watched Myself grow and Charlotte take the club from strength to strength with great coaching and tools. It’s been a source of inspiration, challenge and strength. Charlotte is very good at what she does and has created an amazing community.
