Best customer service: they made me two custom pair of boots. They came to the United States within a week perfectly gorgeous.

Boots were delivered within estimated time of delivery. However, as there were far too big I need to return them. No clear return policy, still waiting for a reaction.

Creative models, transparent ordering process. In case of questions and issues, the customer support responds in less than 24 hours, generally. The value for money is a little high but it’s the price of creativity in shoe designs I would say. One issue for their shoes is the sizing, it can be completely different between models so you never know which size will be good and then have often exchanges or returns
