The bag was lovely, but it wasn't exactly what I needed. I contacted the company, but I haven't heard from them at all. Not sure they're legit.

I made a mistake to order from Elena handbags.
I have emailed them several times about returning the bag as there was something wrong with it and they do not respond.
I am now stuck with this handbag that I do not like at all.
Be careful with them.

I received my order and want to return the items. I have emailed them 5 times and left a phone message and have not gotten any response. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed to realize that they have such poor customer service and might be a scam.
