I was due a boiler service so i rang Elementis Boiler Expects and was directed to there website to book a appointment online. This was great as i could pick a date and time which suited me. I booked it in a few days later and got confirmation by email straight away then a reminder 1 day before the appointment by text. On the day i got a text informing me of the ETA time which was within 5 minutes of the due time. Grant was the engineer who serviced the boiler quickly and efficiently and reported no problems with the boiler which is now 12 years old and did not try and sell me a new boiler or anything else. A very professional and efficient service and a service plan to pay for the next service monthly if you wish. I highly recommend Elementis Boiler Experts. DM
