The service I recieved was excellent. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Ordered freezer, which was much cheaper than anywhere else. All imperfections where shown clearly on photos, but to be honest when it was delivered it looked in perfect condition. Could of had it delivered within 48 hours, but chose to wait an extra day. The only thing was I was told they'd contact the day before with a 4 hour timeslot, which they didn't, so was up early just in case. Still no times lot, went online and managed to track order myself. (That's why I've only given 4 stars) The delivery blokes were wonderful and helped my husband unbox item so it could be checked before they left. Very polite and friendly. Great product, great delivery guys.

Great deal, clear photos of minor defects, great to be able to choose delivery day, delivery guys were great and probably broke a world record for getting a fridge up a flight of stairs!

Lots of choice on their website and the photos clearly show if any imperfections on the appliances, I bought a candy washing machine which didnt have any scratches or dents on, they have great customer service and the tracking system they use is very handy as you can see when they are near by and how many drops are before your slot.
I will recommend to anyone who needs a new appliance at a cheaper price, they give you the option or removing your old appliance and if you require plumbing it in which I think is handy if you can't do this your self. Took the stress out of replacing an appliance this close to christmas 🎄

Good quality item received very good value good service from start to finish

I recently bought a fridge freezer from ElekDirect. They were super efficient and communicative throughout. When I reported an issue they were super quick to resolve it and were very open, honest and transparent. Would certainly buy from here again.

Great value for money, and indeed a terrific saving. Goods are exactly as advertised, and working perfectly. Easy payment and process and delivered on time as agreed. Can absolutely recomend using this site.

I was very impressed with the product and the drying, used straight away. The delivery drivers were very helpful and took away packaging as they saw as I was on my own and had hurt my wrist. Very good customer service. Rang me twice to inform delivery times.

Had a cooker delivered but a button was missing. Customer service was quick to reply and sorted problem. Delivery was easy to book and arrived on time. Delivered into kitchen not front step as some Delivery guys do. Very happy and would use again.

Absolutely brilliant, was waiting for black Friday sales so googling GoPro creator edition each day to see if sales has started, up popped elekdirect for the full sealed GoPro creator edition (retails over £500) for £299, I can't see them being lower than that anywhere on black Friday so snapped it up, only thing was the outer packaging had been damaged but the products where perfect, really happy!

Always good value. I miss the ability to visit the warehouse and showroom but online, with a guarantee worked well.
Delivery was superb. The actual driver called me in the morning, I was able to track the van online in real time, so much so I went to my front door as they pulled up.
They carried the (big) TV inside, opened the box and left me to it.
If only all delivery companies did this!!

Nothing wrong with the fridge saved £240 would use again
