Their sales and delivery process is great! If filament and resin are in stocked, they ship very quickly, but if not all items are in stock, shipments may arrive over two or more days. Also, pre-orders may take time. I see both sides. If you're a business, and need it now, they are fantastic. As a maker, I'd rather everything arrive at one time.
I've always been happy with the quality of their filaments and resins.

I bought some time ago a Centauri carbon. It works great, no issue. The new Centauri carbon came out with 4 colors system. I was able to order the canvas for my machine to do 4 colors without buying a new one. I am going to install it pretty soon, but for what I can see it is solid and well thought kit. Thank you

Awful from start to finish. Ordered a printer got given a fake tracking number. Then was promised delivery that never came. Exactly the same the next day. Then I ask for a refund and get ignored. Then told I would get a refund if I close the case. Closing the case would remove all my customer rights so I refuse .Then they keep updating the delivery so my refund gets delayed for as long as possible. Then they just ignore me. Truly terrible company that genuinely doesn't care about their customers.

Good but not good enough.

The install was straight forward and the book was good, but it didn't explain the extra cable for the AMS port since I already had the AMS port.

I got the AMS so that I could us the multi-material capability. I made a hood so I could continue using high temp filaments. However, unless you have all high temp filaments configured, when trying to load a high temp filament, the nozzle cools down to 220°C and PC can't load. It should use the configured low temp of the filament programmed and not a hard limit! I have a work around, but this is just poor quality control. You should never assume that a maker is only going to use lower temp filaments because you didn't offer a hood.

I ordered PetG and received PLA. I can use the PLA but disappointed that I didn’t receive the correct order. Judy

The product (canvis) was well packed and the instructions good. My only issue is the lengyh of tim to get it ordered May/1/26 got it August/7/26.
so far have printed t test parts and they were great.

Insanely slow shipping. Bought a refurb Centauri Carbon. Took over one week to ship and one week to get to my door.

Very easy experience and shipped quickly. It was also a good price for the product.

Fast delivery seems very sturdy makes great 3d prints

Shipment says it was out, and expected on a Tuesday. It is now Friday and package is no where to be found yet.
Very upsetting

Put in a service ticket for my NEW centauri carbon canvas. Never heard back and my printer is still not functioning.

Well made equipment but wished they had more spares available at time of launch.

Every experience I’ve had with Elegoo has been easy, fast, and reasonably priced. I purchased a 3D printer from them, followed by some filament, and later had a small issue with the printer that their support team helped me resolve. I continue to use their filament and replacement parts regularly, and I’ve had no issues with either.

So far, the entire experience—from sales and service to parts and shipping—has been excellent. They ship items quickly and package them well. And the printer itself? Well, it just works. I don’t have to constantly fiddle with settings or troubleshoot problems. I upload my models, slice them, send them to the printer, and let it do its thing.

I believe Elegoo makes quality products at a reasonable price, especially for beginners like me. I’ve been very happy with both the printer and the support I’ve received, and I would definitely recommend Elegoo to anyone looking to get started with 3D printing.
