Unfair cost bear by the customer to return products due to the factory's fault

I was disappointed to find that the product I received is approximately 2 cm longer than specified. Moreover, the return shipping cost is exorbitantly high, ranging from two to three times the original purchase price, which I find completely unjustifiable.

Not quite what I thought i was getting.

Was a bit disappointed with the black ring. Pictures looked matt black but it is shiny and almost has a black/bronze hue. Also the ring is relatively thin so the edges are quite sharp. Fingers are taking a bit of hardening. The quality was a bit disappointing. Have several mens bracelets and they are all excellent.

Tiny Bracelet

Great customer service and swift delivery.
But....when I opened the box I thought the bracelet had been stolen. It wasn't it was just that small. On the picture it seems twice as big. It's actually the same width as my bootlace (I measured). Not really Elegatto's fault but it's why I don't like buying on the internet. Elegatto use clever photography and advertising without really pointing out the actual size.

Great company!
