I really want to love Elegatto because the quality is there, but the shipping experience is a dealbreaker. My first order arrived late, and my current order (placed March 10th) is currently stuck in a bizarre loop. It has bounced between LA, TN, MO, and VA, passing through my destination city (Atlanta) twice without a delivery attempt. While the company was helpful with a refund on my previous shipping fee, the recurring stress of tracking their packages isn't worth it. I won't be ordering again until they overhaul their fulfillment partner.

I placed a simple order on 15 February 2026. Paid in full, nothing has arrived. Trying to contact customer service results in a form email replying that shipping is delayed. Who ever heard of paying in advance for a product, and the product not arriving after six weeks!! Crazy

Bought 3 bracelets from Elegatto. They are all great. Once broke after about 6 weeks. Customer service responded within an hour- processed a free replacement, no hassle. This is a quality organization. I will be buying from them again!!!

Ordered a bracelet (Pelagus Aegean Blue) which broke soon after and they sent a replacement which also broke in exactly the same place. Its a design fault and now they refuse to do anything (I had asked for either a refund or another one with a different design) . Now they are quoting some of their "terms and conditions" and not being helpful at all. Very dissapointing. You would expect an item to last a reasonable length of time. I should have bought it elsewhere.

I ordered watches and my first problem is the fact that they don't update you when you when the ordered is split into 2 and shipped separately; next is the fact that they don't respond to any enquieries regarding the shipping of the order: My order's first part was shipped and then the the order was returned to sender and then after that it says it got abandoned on the website. They have an Instagram account but no response to any messages there as well; like if you going to have an Instagram to make communication with your customers easier then at least use it ....

Caution! I ordered (#19222384) a bracelet from Elegatto for a gift 2 months ago. Each time I have contacted them for an update the response is always the same; " we are currently waiting for the pre-order stock to arrive at our facility so we can begin fulfillment"

Bought a mens rope type bracelet, really is poor quality. Have clicked to return for a refund and site says I cannot refund. The bracelet really is very cheaply made, the rope is hollow, frayed and polyester, the metal loop is very thin, light and not threaded properly. These are a real poor imitation of a Pig and Hen Bracelet. Don't waste your money on Elegatto get Pig and Hen instead which are vastly superior to the cheap rubbish this company are throwing oyt

Have had great service from this company. Bough a bracelet which was too small and could not find my email receipt. They asked me to send it back and have exchanged it for another size. They kept in touch with me through out the process. So pleased with the service I received 😁

This was the 2nd item I ordered from Elegatto as I had been impressed with the 1st order. The 2nd order arrived and it had imprefections in the finish. I sent an email to their support email address and heard nothing. I would expect much more from a company clearly pitching to the premium end of the market. Upon reflection I shouldn't have expected anything less, as that's all I got. My recommendation is look at other options.

Neverending spam!!! I bought an item from them some time ago and I deeply regret it. While the product was unremarkable but as advertised, I signed up to the newsletter. I then unsubscribed from said newsletter. I kept on receiving their spam despite being unsubscribed, so I aksed to be removed from their database. This never happened. I asked them some 4 times now, and I keep receiving their spam. I'm going to ask one more time, then I'm going to report them to the GDPR authority. This is insane!
EDIT: the email was easy enough to dispose, as I could just block it, but I keep getting SMSs from a number that I cannot block.
