They lie to you about the delivery date. I haven’t received my product for a month now although when ordering it they say shipped within a week. It’s chinese company. Avoid at all cost.
Terrible company, no support available. I ordered an item by mistake and wanted to return it, but I was only given an address in China; there is no address in Germany! Return shipping costs at least half the price. The company refused to compensate for the cost of the item without shipping!
Scam. Sent wrong item, size and color and they want me to pay for return cost.

explained prior to order.
The quality is acceptable and has
met our expectations.
Be careful. If you refuse a package because the delivery arrives 10 days later than it was supposed to, they charge you 20 Euro because you refused the package.
I tried to write customer support to explain the situation, that I refused because their package was late, but they just cut 20 Euro off my refund amount. There was nothing I could do.
So if you don’t want something from elegere, be sure to receive the package first before you send it back.
