We ordered a Klarstein mobile air conditioner last summer from Amazon. This summer the air conditioner just stopped working bei itself. We contact Amazon first for customer support, but Amazon redirect us to the seller elektronik-star in our case. We then contact the store via telephone and email. All communications are really smooth. No long waiting time on the telephone. Email replies are always on the same day. We are really positively suprised by their fast reply. They gave us very clear instruction of the retour and we got the replacement product within 2 weeks time. The whole process was smooth and the customer service was also very professional. Happy to shop here again.

Worst site ever! There’s 0 ways of contacting them! They sent a broken defective item. I need a refund and return which is impossible to do. Will file a complaint against them as frauds.
Also I see now they have different names, in Ireland it’s HIFI TOWER…
Until this day-December 2023 there’s no refund, there’s no answer from this fraud company!
Total scam!

This company is a fraud i purchased €3000 euro worth of equipment from them only one thing worked .
You can email and call until you are blue in the face they will not answer .

Dont purchase parts of the goods will arrive and the rest wont and it makes it useless to you .

They are fraudsters i have reported the fraud to the Garda and they still wont respond and they are not based in Ireland so Garda no effect on them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Still the same over 1 year later they will not reply SCAMMERS

I tried on numerous occasions to contact this company to enquire about a rowing machine details etc.
1 The e mail address is not listed.
2 the telephone number in Dublin is not listed.
3 I might as well try to get in touch with the Titanic.
I shall not be buying from this company!!!

I tried to order 2x a dog trolley and something went wrong. The discount code didn't work either. I have contacted customer service twice and received NO response. And now the trolley is at EUR 199 instead of EUR 149 and still without a working discount code. Do not buy here, it's a scam!

Do not buy anything from this vendor. Bought a Home Gym from amazon, they only sent 3 out of 4 boxes. I was only given 1 tracking code therefore I thought I had received everything, started building it and noticed there were missing parts, that's when I realized a box was missing. They told me they didn't send it because they don't have available stock. Now they refuse to send me the missing box, which I paid for and also refuse to refund my money. Amazon also keeps saying they can't help as it's an external seller.

My daughter ordered an amplifier. It was delivered on 3rd January 23, with the plug smashed to bits in the box. My daughter emailed them twice about a return. She registered a return using the form but kept getting an error message.
I then tried to call them; no one answered. I tried the chat service - no one available.
In the end I filed a chargeback with my daughter’s bank. I filled in the info they needed and attached photos of the damage, together with copies of the emails sent. 3 days later the money went back into her account. Please go to your online bank page and look up chargeback. Follow the procedure and you will be re-imbursed. It is a free service.

Scam. Customer service is not reachable and the return portal is throwing an error when you put in the correct order number. I'm going after them in court. Do the same, is quick and easy:

After i saw a lots of very bad reviews i was really afraid about my order. I shouldnt. Everything perfect. I got a lots emails with confirm, shipping details etc. Delivery was very fast with tracking. Product is 100% like in description. I am really happy.

I came across this website because i was looking for a good high powered speaker that I can use for party. I gave this a try despite of bad reviews i read online. Because i find their product cheaper than any other websites. So my item was delivered to different address. I tried to contact DPD and wont send it to my address because they were claiming they only followed the address that was given to them. It was only the county was different which was sent to Dublin instead of Kerry. Dont know how to contact their customer service as i thought looked non existent. But fortunately i paid thru PAYPAL and managed to contact the main company of the product which was Chal tech. They replied me quickly and after a day or two I got my item. I was thinking when it comes to worse i will just get my money back. Im quiet happy with the speaker I got. Very good sound, delivered to me no damaged at all. So I will just advise here when you order online just use Paypal when paying that will give you a chance to communicate between seller and buyer and escalate your claim thru paypal if there is no response. This will give a buyer a security somehow with their money. I wont hesitate to order again as they delivered it to me within a week despite of a delay due to wrong address. I am just hoping they will improve more of their customer service for future transactions if they wanted to gain trust from the buyers.

CAPITAL SPORTS is pretty much a SCAM company.
Apparently they took my money, they send me some lifting barbells that I order on their website.
The barbells never recieved and the money I still wait for the refund after 1 month. This is unacceptable and if I wait much more, I'll have to contact a lawyer to bring them a court notification.

Ordered Auna Pro combo pa last weekend, order was processed on Monday and delivered to my home in Ireland on Friday, I received an email Thursday to advise if I could take delivery Friday or Monday and had to reply with preference, I chose Friday, received a text Friday morning advising of delivery between 1.30 and 2.30 then advised delivery driver was ahead of schedule and would be with me at midday. All in all the whole experience from ordering to delivery was seamless and the product is excellent, I will definitely be back to order again, well done to this company

I ordered a rowing machine [Capital Sports M1] which was advertised at a good price. After ordering I got a bit worried after reading negative reviews of the site, and my order was showing stuck in customs missing an invoice. I contacted HiFi Tower by email (no reply) and later by web-chat. The issue was sorted and my machine arrived today. I'm very happy with my purchase although it did take about 4 weeks to arrive.

I have purchased a treadmill a month ago. Delivery that was promised in an email once dispatched was 7 working days but instead it took over 10 working days. When the order finally was delivered it was handled with very little care by the courier. As imagined the handles of the treadmill were cracked so I have straight away contacted the company who told me that the courier will collect the broken product this week and once they will get it back a new one will be sent. Its been two weeks now and the broken order still was not collected. Replacement was not sent and I am getting no update from the company. By the time it will be collected brought back to them and replacement delivered it will be another almost 2 months. The service is disgraceful. I will never order from this site again and I recommend you not to buy from them.

Purchased gym equipment back in early Dec, screwset missing so unable to put it together.
I've been trying to arrange a return ever since and not a single reply to any email and livechat appears to be down so over 3 weeks.
You'd be mad to buy anything off this lot!

I was sceptical about ordering from this page as reviews very mixed but as prices so good I decided to risk it … glad I did, arrived on time and exactly as promised.
