Poor service / wrong informations on webpage
Poor service. Sended about 500€ and they wanted me to process a kyc. Their advertisement on the webpage says up to 1000€ each day without kyc. So they are lying. I would not trust them!

We have successfully enabled that our KYC process is one of the fastest in the industry and it usually takes less than 15 minutes for completion. At this moment Electrocoin trade supports 57 different cryptocurrencies and it is introducing new ones on regular basis. Very helpful customer support that replied to my every question, even during the weekends, and connected me with a software engineer when the questions got too technical. They were very patient and were instrumental in helping me receive the first crypto transaction in my wallet.

Flawless experience every time I used their service in the past couple of years. The coins were sent to my wallet as soon as the bank transaction was received. They gave me crypto at the rate it was when i created the order. All in all a great service and I will use it again.
